In this study, field investigation and laboratory analysis were combined to study the regular of calyx exfoliated and retention, effect of growth regulator on calyx development, the result showed that:(1) 12 days after full bloom was the peak of Kurle pear calyx exfoliated, and the average date to processes of calyx was the end of June. There was close relationship between calyx processes and calyx tube of de-calyx fruit. The rate of de-calyx fruit and the concave top fruit showed a significant positive correlation, and a significant positive correlation calyx fruit rate and crests fruit rate, the average correlation coefficient was 0.663.(2) Spraying plant growth regulators in full bloom of fragrant pear could alter development of calyx. GA3,CPPU and IAA not only promoted the development and growth of calyx significantly, but also prevented calyx exfoliated, which increased the number of stickup end fruit and the index of fruit shape. Paclobutrazol and ethephon checked the development and growth of calyx strongly, promoted calyx shed and made the number of shed calyx fruit and concave end fruit increase, therefore, those could be as the calyx agent of fragrant pear.(3) Both tree age and azimuth of fruit branch could affect the rate of fruit's flower calyx leaving and stickup end fruit. Higher rate of fruit's flower calyx leaving in young fruit trees than that of trees in full fruit period, while the rate of crests lower than trees in full fruit period in the same orchard management conditions, and reached very significant difference. Besides, there was negative correlation between average weight of single fruit and fruit removal rate at 0.05 level, and correlation coefficient was -0.581, while single fruit weight had very positive correlation with rate of stickup end fruit(p<0.01), and coefficient of correlation was 0.972. Coarse skin fruit occurred at the end of fruit at first and distributed inside fruit tree crown mostly. And the number of seeds had great impact on pear growth, the average seed number was significantly negatively correlated with average fruit shape index at the 0.01 level, it was positively correlated with average weight of pear, however, there was no significant correlation between them.
