Verticillium Wilt is the main disease to cotton, and severely intimidating the production of it. In order to study the genetic mechanism of Verticillium Wilt resistance in cotton and cμLtivate the fine-quality new variety, this study was carried out the genetic diversity analysis of agronomy character, molecμLar marker and disease resistance using the owned cotton germ plasm of cotton. The characteristic of combining ability and hereditary capacity about Verticillium Wilt resistance in cotton was discussed useing Griffing method. to discuss the attribute of combining ability and hereditary capacity of Verticillium Wilt resistance in cotton. Genetic linkage analysis on resistance to F2 group was carried on using the constructed gene pool with resistance and susceptible to Verticillium Wilt, and association analysis was carried out taking advantage of natural group.The main resμLts are as follows:1 Cluster analysis resμLt of agronomy character shows that the 200 materials are gathered to 3 class groups,and Verticillium Wilt resistance materials are few, which are mainly coming from the institute of cotton in China.2 ResμLt of cluster analysis by SRAP proclaims that genetic diversity of 200 cotton materials is rich,and the disease- resistance of variety from Yellow River valley is higher than local breed of Xinjiang.3 The ocean-land hybridization combination in disease- resistance hybridization combination has higher special combining ability, the general hereditary capacity of relative disease index of Verticillium Wilt resistance in upland cotton is 97.39%, the narrow hereditary capacity is 52.17%. Verticillium Wilt resistance mainly revolves the additive effect,but it also has higher dominant effect. Verticillium Wilt resistance of cotton has inverse correlation with bud shedding.4. 4 RGA marker related to Verticillium Wilt resistance which named Gbrga55,Gbrga12,Gbrga18 and Gbrga44 were screened, the exchange value are 7.19%,12.23%,12.94% and 10.07%, respectively.The genetic distance to Verticillium Wilt genes in cotton are 7.24 cM,12.48 cM,13.24 cM and 10.21 cM, respectively.5 49 SSR locus derived from association analysis have correlativity with agronomy-quality characters and Verticillium Wilt resistance of cotton. 37 SSR locus have correlativity with agronomy character, 10 SSR locus have correlativity with quality character. Two marker named satt12 and satt179 are associated with disease-resistance of cotton.
