In our country bamboo material resource is abundant, bamboo material as building structure material has huge development potential.Bamboo material is similar with timber, constitute from the cellulose, half cellulose, lignin, its combustible. So at the adoption bamboo be building structure material have to forerunner fire retardance processing.Domestic and international have already carry certain research to the timber fire retardance, but aim at the fire retardance of bamboo material research is few. Environmental protection type fire retardant is the future wood quality material fire retardant. According to currently Domestic and international wood quality material fire retardce realm research condition, be established in solve bamboo material as building material combustible problem, this thesis adopt new type PNB fire retardant to process bamboo material.Main research's result is as follows:1.By a great deal of of experiment get a synthesize craft be becoming to the PNB fire retardant.Heat velocity is 1℃/min, the heat preservation temperature is 90℃, heat preservation is 3.5 hour. The dicyandiamide, phosphoric acid, water ratio is 1:1:110, carry on reaction to get a pH value is 6.5 clarify aqua.Measurement the conversion rate of the dicyandiamide attain above 92%, the GUP contain 8.44%, and the oxygen index number, smoke density all attain the GB8624-2006 B1 class request.The boric acid joins to make an ability to attain the fire retardce of equal effect a density to lower. Its effective heighten valid exaltation fire retardant's utilization. When P: N:B is 1:1:1.2 or 1:1:1.5, the GUP density is 0.7% or 1%, the medicine carry rate can reach to 9.78%, the amount of smoke is little, and the effect of fire retardce is obvious.
