This thesis pravides further Theoretical basis and practical guidance for Liuyangmycin Practical application in agricultural production through Studing on toxicity of Liuyangmycin and control efficiency of Liuyangmycin to Panonyochus and Tetranychus. Liuyangmycin acute oral and dermal toxicity, male and female rats' LD50 were greater than 2150mg/kg, And showed no obvious symptoms of poisoning, The average intensity of acute skin irritation score is 1, The average eye irritation score index (I.A.O.I)is 17.25, Eye irritation average (MIOI) 7d <20; Liuyangmycin no cumulative toxicity in mice.Animals in the low dose long-term exposure does not produce tolerance to Liuyangmycin. Daily oral gavage of 25~400mg/kg Liuyangmycin on rabbit, hemoglobin, white blood cells, liver, kidney, and cholinesterase were not affected, Liuyangmycin mutagenicity test showed the negative control group, the positive control group and the original drug Liuyangmycin high (2000mg/kg.bw), middle (200mg/kg.bw) and low (20mg/kg.bw) exposure dose mouse bone marrow micronucleus rates were 0.5‰,74.2‰,0.5‰,0.5‰,0.5‰; rates of PCE/NCE) was in the normal range. After oral exposure to 100,500 and 1000 mg/ kg dose, the total number of test mice implantation, live birth rate, the stillbirth rate and absorption of fetal were no significant difference.Liuyangmycin on the Panonyochus LC50 was 0.19 mg/1,95% confidence interval 0.13~0.45, regression formula:y= 0.97831x +2.8637; Liuyangmycin on Tetranychus LC50 was 0.36 mg/1,95% confidence interval 0.24~0.66, regression formula:y= 1.2693x +2.9481.10% Liuyangmycin on Panonyochus and Tetranychus had a high control effect, in which 30~40mL/mu was the best, the efficacy of the treatments was not significant,1~7 days after control effects were 91.2%~94.4% and 87.12%~95.5%. The effect and standard control (15% Pyridaben 15mL/mu) was similar, the difference was not significant.
