Investigation and test results are as follows:1) The cadmium content of soi exceed standard,and transfered from soil to tobacco is very seriousin most of tobacco planting area in chenzhou.2) To use different improver by alone all can inhibite absorbtion of cadmium to tobacco plants significantly,and reduce the absorption of the cadmium content in tobacco observably. The biological fertilizer is the best, the highest inhibition rate up to 45.93%,and the cadmium content in tobacco are below 5.0 mg/kg of green leaf, and the effect of lime is the worst.3) To use different improver by alone can promot synthesis and accumulation of chlorophyll in different degrees,also can reduce the content of MDA in tobacco leaf in different degree,to make tobacco leaf grow normal and improve the quality.4) To use different improver by alone can varying degrees promot yields quality and economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco,the weight of 100 leaves, yield, value and the ratio of the first and secondary flue-cured tobacco leaves all were significantly improved. The yield and value are improvered significant with the biological fertilizer,the highest yield and production increased compared with 14.09 Kg/mu and 416.2 yuan/667m2.5) To use different improver together compared with by alone, yield and quality improvement effect is more apparent.To grow and quality improvement In different improver fertilizer relative have stacking positive effects.6) To use different improver together,to comare green manure and straw whichincluding in handling, the green manure is better than straw.Add the lime, easier to make green manure and straw ture to rotten manure, can inhibit the absorption of the effectiveness of cadmium. Processing refined biological fertilizer, adding due to contain high levels of humic acid etc, easier, faster and heavy metal complex formed undissolved compound, thus effectively reduce its activity. While effective components, straw green is not rich, and relative bio fertilizer effect, but in the long run, manure and straw degradation slower, but relatively, the role of time may take longer and more sustained, the effect will be more apparent.
