The Effect Of Different Culture Medium On Upgrowth,Output And Quality Of Pleurotus Nebrodebsis

The ferule mushroom which belongs to Fungiphylum, the basidiomycetes, Agaricales Genus Pleurotus or genus OysterMushroom was one kind of wild precious mushroom. With the increase of cultivation quantity in recent years, The cultivation pattern originally by cotton seed hull as primary materials because the raw material price elevated creates the production cost to be more and more high has seriously restricted the ferule mushroom of development in production. To Seek the appropriate substitution is one of the main problem to be solved in production.This experiment taking four different whitekingoyster mushroom as material studied the influence on the growth,the output,the commodity character and the quality of ferule mushroom in different culture medium allocated proportion of cotton seed shelland the xylose dregs .Main results as follows:1.According to observation to the different growth condition of hyphas in different culture medium allocated proportion of the xylose dregs and the cotton seed shell. The result shows that the different culture medium has extremely remarkable influence on the growth of hyphas which is vigorous and healthy in the No.1 culture medium. The growth velocity of hyphas gradually reduce with increase of the xylose dregs. The extremely remarkable difference. exist between each gradient. The faster hyphas growth, the higher ungus bag pollution rate.2.The results shows that the different kind of ferule mushroom and the different culture medium have a remarkable influence on showing primordial period. The Bailing2 which using the average 68 days was the first one , The Bailing4 which using the average 85 days was the last one . The ferule mushroom showing primordial period in the cottonseed hull medium is faster than others,and with the quantity of xylose dregs into the showing primordial period was put off.the cottonseed hull medium with 30% xylose dregs was late 4 days than the purity cottonseed hull medium in the showing primordial period.3. Studied the different variety and culture medium to affect the rate of finished product and output. The conclusion can be drew that the yield ws fallen with appending the xylose dregs.But the Bailing2's yields in total yields of mediumâ…¥and the class A yields was the same to the mediumâ… ,so we choose Bailing2 with the 30% xylose dregs medium instead the cottonseed hull medium is feasible.4.Studied the content of amylose and amino acid of ferule mushroom that produced in different culture medium. The result shows that different kind of breeds and culture medium have obvious effect on nutrition ingredient content and proportion.the amylase contents in corn core medium was higher than the cottonseed hull medium;But the amino acid contents in cottonseed hull medium was the highest.The total and necessary amino acid's contents was approached in each formule of medium.
