Corn is one of the three major grain crops in northern China, and it plays an important role in improving the comprehensive grain production capacity to ensure food security, or in meeting the growing demand of feed, In order to promote agricultural modernization, we must implement the mechanization of grain production, especially should accelerate the realization of mechanized harvesting, However, our corn harvest mechanization level is very slow, it is only 10 percent, and it becomes the weak link of the grain production mechanization. Therefore, the governments at various levels and more and more agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises is increasing investment in developing the corn harvest machinery technology and designing new equipment.In order to provide technical support for corn mechanization technology and equipment research ,especially for the main working parts of the design and manufacture of creating good indoor experiment conditions, on the basis of investigation and study in domestic corn harvest cutting machine, and skinning device on the key working parts structure, technical parameters and corn harvest mechanization technique. We design a kind of new-type multi-functional corn harvest main working parts to satisfy the technical requirements for the indoor test of corn harvest cut machine and skinning device, This test-bed of corn harvesting mainly includes metal frame and plant feeding device Corn cut sets and peeling device can be installed in the metal frame, and the power can be provided by motor and corn harvest cutting machine and skinning device can be tested by adjusting the snapping roll's gap, speed, height and diplog etc. Plant feeding device can be clamped fresh corn plants in corn cut machine, on the condition of fixed circumstance, it can provide the continuous corn plants to simulation the harvest simulate the corn field condition, such as corn, growth condition and the speed of machine, etc.This test-bed of corn harvesting mainly includes bearings installing adjusting mechanism and power transmission device etc. skinning device and cutting device can be installed in installing adjusting device, and it promotes the function of test-bed. Through mutual coordination of hydraulic jacks, lifting height adjustment screw, it simplifies the structure and saves the power, and it can also adjust height and angle fast according to the requirements, Power transmission device mainly includes motor, frequency conversion, main shaft, wheel and universal, etc. its speed can be change in the 0-12 r/min by computer to satisfy various conditions of cutting device and skinning device. In order to overcome the work environment conditions, a portable bearing had been designed for easy carry and management of the test.Plant feeding device is designed for corn harvest experiment ,and it includes mainly frame,clamping device, power transmission device, etc, a corn plant can be clamped in the spring clips on clamping board, clamping is convenient and stability, obliquity and space is adjustable, therefore, the device can simulate the plant conditions . we put the plant clamping plate into the card slot beam ,the plant clamping plate can be derived forward by transport conveyor chains to realize the continuous feeding, and we can change plant space or plant grain pick the relative position of the roller by changing the card slot in the location bar to simulate the size of line of cultivation and harvesting, and its space can be adjusted between 300 and 800 mm , Through adjusting speed of a small motor inverter ,feeding speed can be controlled in 0-7 km per hours. It can simulate harvest machine running state of the field by changing the way of maize plant active feeding and speed. Feeding device is simple, and it saves space and works reliably, and it can meet the requirement of space, state, drive speed, different condition and parameters of the harvest.Electric control system mainly includes industrial computer, frequency converter, reactor, stabilizer, active isolation converter ,cabinet and King view monitoring system of hardware and software.. The control system of industrial computer control inverter and frequency conversion variable speed motors through polymerizing-kettle control inverter control, and it can collect real-time test data of big motor output torque, pick spike roller or skinning and roll speed feeding speed. We choose the AKC - 205 type dynamic torque sensor with non-contact, power supply and signal output and collecting ring, no brush, adapted, high-speed, and two-way, dynamic or static measurement etc, it will be installed in the motor shaft and dynamic output shaft to detect real-time torque signal . Upon completion of the test design, calculation, the key components, overall intensity structure optimization, the prototype manufacturing, in order to test the quality and performance of the whole machine, we test this test-bed using corn harvest machine, and the test proves that the structure and principle of test-bed is reasonable, the technical indexes meet the design requirement, Corn harvest test-bed can meet the need for test.The design of indoor test-bed for main working parts of corn harvester provides effective techniques for the indoor test, and can simulate the real condition of the field, and play a positive role in mechanical technology research, new equipment design and development of college teaching work.
