The Deltamethrin Resistance Mutation Screening Of Metarhizium Anisopliae And Its Insecticidal Effect

This resserch took meterhizium anisopiae as original strain,seeing the Metarhizium anisopliae growth situation in Bifenthrin, Deltamethrin and Abamectin.Based on this study selected Deltamethrin as test substrate,by means of NTG,UV and compound mutation,get a Metarhizium anisopliae with certain resistance to Deltamethrin. And take the SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis analysis of mutations in Metarhizium anisopliae.The results shows that:This three insecticides all have some inhibition on the growth of Metarhizium anisopliae. In which lethal doses of abamectin in the inhibitory effect of the strongest, the weakest is Bifenthrin, Deltamethrin is center, and three insecticides on the inhibitory effect of Metarhizium anisopliae with the increase of concentration, with the weakened significantly lower concentrations.Compound mutation experiments to determine the optimal dose, and in the conditions selected one pair of Decis high resistance to Metarhizium anisopliae strains MA3. The strains by SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis in the protein level of mutant strains were analyzed, observed mutant MA3 protein bands consistent with the control protein bands, but the emergence of a band becomes deeper, the two bands changes shallow; that MA has some of the genetic variation:MA3 and the original strain of the parasites detected were shown that used MA3 and original killing effect was not very different, but when used in conjunction with Decis the mortality was significantly increased and the LT50 time was shorten ,the results shows that MA3 have good effect with Decis...
