The cultivation of vegetables and fruits in greenhouse was becoming high rewarding agricultural industry in recent years. The soil-borne disease was very popular in the soil culture under protection because of the high- intensive continuous cropping of single vegetable or fruit and multiple cropping. The effect of various kinds and different concentrations of biological control Fungus and different applying with medium during cucumber seedling and with straw or organic fertilizer after transplanting was studied with the cucumber. The results showed that:1,The effect of different concentration of Bacillus licheniformis,Bacillus subtilis, Paceliomyces lilacinus, Gliocladium roseum to the seed emergence rate of cucumber and disease control was different. 106-107 cfu/g Bacillus licheniformis or Bacillus subtilis,104-105cfu/g Paceliomyces lilacinus or Gliocladium roseum,104cfu/g Paceliomyces lilacinus and Gliocladium roseum have no influence on the seed emergence rate of cucumber,but control the Damping-off disease of seedling of cucumber comletely and increase the total leaf area and the dry matter of shoot and root of one-month cucumber seedling.2,The temperature of soil between 0-20cm deep was 3-5℃higher than control after burying straws and different concentration of biocontrol fungi agent underground in winter. The Effect of temperature promoting to soil can sustain 50 days. The treatments of Bacillus subtilis, Gliocladium roseum 67-1 and mix fungi agent PD-D-N have the most effect of raising temperature. The biological characters of cucumber, such as leaf area after seedling growth recovery, the width and nodes of stem, were significant superior to that of the control after treated by Paceliomyces lilacinus, Bacillus subtilis, mix fungi agent PD-D-N and Gliocladium roseum.Of all treatments of straw and biocontrol fungi agents, Gliocladium roseum 67-1 and mix fungi agent PD-D have the best effect of controlling cucumber phytophthora blight, restrain the disease 100%; Bacillus licheniformis second,95.88%; mix fungi agent PD-D, Bacillus licheniformis with Paceliomyces lilacinus, Gliocladium roseum 67-1 with Paceliomyces lilacinus third,83.38%; aceliomyces lilacinus treatment the worst, only 79.13%.All treatments of straw and biocontrol fungi agents has put forward to be on the market by fourteen days and the yield of cucumber significantly enhanced in comparison with control.3,Application of organic fertilizer with Paceliomyces lilacinus make second leaf area increase 65.05% compared with the control, the shoot length 6.61%, the shoot width 4.76%, node number 0.87%, cucumber yield 9.56%, effect of stem-blight disease prevention amount to 83.76%. Application of organic fertilizer with Bacillus subtilis B006 make second leaf area increase 23.48% compared with the control, the shoot length 10.12%, the shoot width 2.86%, node number 7.44%, cucumber yield 14.14%, effect of stem-blight disease prevention amount to 75.76%. Application of organic fertilizer with Bacillus licheniformis BH-1 make second leaf area increase 10.33% compared with the control, the shoot length 5.12%, the shoot width 2.86%, node number 5.00%, cucumber yield 5.44%, effect of stem-blight disease prevention amount to 89.41%. Application of organic fertilizer with Gliocladium roseum 67-lmake second leaf area increase 21.85% compared with the control, the shoot length 6.33%, the shoot width 13.33%, node number 10.19%, cucumber yield 19.33%, effect of stem-blight disease prevention amount to 92.00%.In conclusion, application of biocontrol fungi agents into nursery medium can make cucumber seedling healthy and disease-resistant; Burying straws with biocontrol fungi agents into soil of cultivation and application of organic with biocontrol fungi agents promote cucumber seedlings grow, be earlier on the market, increase yields, control soil-borne disease, which reduce the use of pesticide and fertilizer, cut costs. So application of biocontrol fungi agents is practical and effective measures in pollution-free cucumber production in order to obtain the aim of high yields, high quality, high efficiency and low consumption.
