Study On Herb Seed Coating Agent For Astagulus And Coating Technology

Astragalus is the dried root of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge or A. membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge var. mongholicus (Bunge) Hsiao. To keep the agronomic traits and solve the main problems in cultivation, a seed-coating agent was successfully developed. In the already study, the basic physical and chemical characters were assayed and the related technologies were also researched. The results showed that herb seed coating agent for Astagulus could effectively inhibite Astragalus root rot,increase seed germination rate,root activity and resistance, increase index seeding health of Astragalus with the coating technology treatment. Astagulus herb coated agent can also improve of root thickness and root volume,make the root actieity and main active component content increasese.1.Herb seed coating agent for Astagulus preparation is simple, physical and chemical roperties to the national standard, with the role of environmental protection, and on the astragalus root rot - Fusarium oxysporum has a strong inhibitory effect.2.The use of seed coating technology of herb seed coating agent for Astagulus that can relieve the inhibitory stance of the seed surface, the better to break the seed coat barrier, and to better adhesion herb seed coating agent for Astagulus,difficult to fall off the seed surface.3.Herb seed coating agent for Astagulus to some extent reduce the astragalus plant height, increased root diameter and stem diameter, so that the root dry weight,stem dry weight,leaf dry weight and petiole dry weight increase, increase the volume of Astragalus root and root shoot ratio, leaf area and stem enrichment to increase plumpness, growth regulation and above ground, and finally integrated to improve seedling index of Astragalus, conducive to growth stage of morphogenesis Astragalus4.Herb seed coating agent for Astagulus can improve the root activity, chlorophyll content, nitrate content, protein content and soluble sugar content. Astragaloside is an important and effective ingredients of chinese herbal Astagulus, the quality of its content in high and low is the main symbol of Astragalus. The study found that herb seed coating agent for Astagulus can improve astragaloside, improve quality of Astragalus, increase the medicinal value of Astragalus.
