The eight different spring wheat varieties (Xinchun13, xinchun17, xinchun12, 98-8, xinchun26, xinchun15, Y20, xinchun6) were used for this study. The research item were: dynamic changes of protein contents and their components, accumulation characteristics of ADM after anthesis, changes of chlorophyll contents after anthesis, changes of thousand grain weight after anthesis; comparative study on grain yield and it's constitutes. The results showed below:(1)The changing tendency of dynamic characteristics of grain protein contents in different spring wheat varieties showed a regulation which was a high - law- high ("V"letter) curve. There were differences of protein contents between different wheat varieties in different filling time .This study indicated that, the speeds of protein accumulation of Xinchun6 and 98-8 was higher than of others in early filling stage. The speed of Y20 was higher and the speed of Xinchun 13 was lower than of other wheat varieties at the 30th day after anthesis. The main protein accumulation of high protein varieties was at the later filling time.(2)The ADM of spring wheat varieties indicated different changing trend. The ADM of Xinchun6 and Xinchun15 showed"low-high-low"changing tendency, and their maximum valuse was appeared 24th day after anthesis; The ADM of other's showed"low-high"changing tendency and their maximum valuse was appeared 30th day after anthesis.(3)This research proved that the chlorophyll contents of all varieties reached the maximum valuse at the 6th day of anthesis, then, they began decreasing until the end of filling time.(4)The grain dry weight of different wheat varieties indicated"S"form changing (slowly increase– rapidly increase– slowly increase) tendency. There were no differences between different wheat varieties, but there were no significant difference among them at the early filling stage. After 30th day of anthesis the differences of the dry grain weight become significant.(5)The grain yields of Xinchun13 and Xinchun15 were higher than of the other varieties (more than 8453.12 kg/km2), and grain yield of Y20 was lower than of the others; the grain protein content and grain yield kept negative relationship.
