Jatropha curcas is a kind of multi-purpose and fast-growing tree, which can live in hi-ray heat and drought-resistant barren condition. In many ways, it is of exploiture of the potential. Because it grows at a strong region, raw materials of Jatropha curcas has a large gap. Although some studies its relevant training and cultivation technology research, its large-scale industry does not form fully. Thus, the urgent problem is how to cultivate Jatropha curcas to solve the gap of raw materials currently. This situation can be improved by plant tissue culture technologies. Jatropha curcas of tissue culture will significantly increase its production. This would provide a great deal of space for studying the potential of other aspects.In the tissue culture of Jatropha curcas, bundle buds and roots are important parts. Jatropha curcas plexus explants are induced and come into being buds and roots, which could grow into a complete plant. This method not only maintain the genetic stability of future generations and attain the purpose of rapid propagation, but also provide safe and effective technology base for the effective use of Jatropha curcas bio-resources.The experimentations firstly, with using of different concentrations of 6-BA or KT ratio of the medium to culture Jatropha curcas explants, study the impact of buds at the different hormones; secondly, with using of different concentrations of NAA or IBA ratio of the medium to culture Jatropha curcas explants, study the effect of rooting. And then, making three kinds of 6-BA or KT concentrations, two kinds of NAA or IBA concentrations intersect, the Jatropha curcas explants were cultured for studying produced shoots and roots induction with the culture medium of different hormone combinations. The results show that:1. It did not affect the germination rate of Jatropha curcas non-vaccine with adding carbon and nutrients or not. When 6-BA concentration was 6.0 mg·L-1 or 4.0 mg·L-1, buds of Jatropha curcas no-vaccine, which were induced, were more and better growth. When KT induced Jatropha curcas no vaccine to produced buds, its key role was promoting the elongation of the buds. Ad was not suitable for inducing Jatropha curcas no-vaccine to produce buds.2. shoot regeneration of 1/2 MS medium of IBA hormones were worse than shoot regeneration of 1/2 MS medium of NAA, the induction effects of NAA of low concentration were better than the induction effects of NAA of higher concentrations.3. With three kinds of medium, including 1.0 mg·L-1 IBA+ 1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA,1.0 mg·L-1 IBA+ 6.0 mg-L'16-BA and 1.0 mg·L-1 NAA+ 4 mg·L-1 KT inducing the formation of Jatropha curcas embryo, they had the higher height, the others almost were no difference. At the same concentration of auxins to induce Jatropha curcas embryo to produce buds, the effects of adding KT were better than the effects of adding 6-BA, however, the examination of intersectant cultivations was difficult to induce radication for Jatropha curcas embryo.4. when the embryo was induced in full dark conditions or 18℃low temperature conditions, the effect of its buds and roots was worse than which cultured under routine light.
