Along with the increase of fruit exports, the market increasingly demanding quality requirements of fruit,and the utilization of pesticides is a necessary factor to ensure the quality of fruit. But present, our country spraying mechanical skill is backward, the labor intensity is big, the agricultural chemicals use is low, the environmental pollution is serious. Especially in mountainous areas of the orchard, needs manual to spray the agricultural chemicals, not only caused a serious waste of pesticides, but also impair the sprayer health. Compares with world other developed countries, our country agricultural chemicals spray application fell behind for several dozens years. Therefore, it is necessary to make the research to the orchard spray system.This paper aims to design an automatic spray control system in orchard, when worked in orchard, can adjust spray bar height according to fruit spatial location, controls spray nozzle's switch according to fruit tree's geographical position. Thereby reducing the labor intensity, improve the utilization of pesticides to reduce environmental pollution. This study is a system of signal identification module, control module, regulative module.(1)The signal acquisition module uses infrared sensor to gather fruit and spatial location information, the control module take the monolithic integrated circuit as the control core, the regulative module uses the control model which the machinery and the hydraulic pressure unify, the MCU control the action of hydraulic cylinder and mechanical parts of motor start working, in order to adjust the location of the spray bar(2)Hardware system consists of MCU and its peripheral circuits, including signal acquisition, motor drive module, control module, spray module, complete the information on fruit trees to receive, process and implementation;(3)The software control system uses C language program compilation, including the main program, data acquisition procedures, control procedures, motor drive, spray program;(4)Take advantage of the designed spray tested the spray uniformity, using the space and the plane's approach in the test,and with the aid of MATLAB and EXCEL to test and analysis the result which fully demonstrate the feasibility of .the systemThis article designs the automatic spray system in orchard, And through the test achieve the request of anticipation, when examines the fruit tree the system would control the spray rod and spray nozzle's switch automatically, which has provide the theoretical basis of improvement and development for automatic control system.
