Light and small irrigation unit is a representative emergency drought resistant irrigation machine in our country.It has the advantages of simple operation,labor saving,adjustable irrigation area,little one-time investment and so on.It is welcomed by farmers.But the existing units have the problems of heavy equipment,unreasonable allocation and high energy consumption.But the existing units have the problems of heavy equipment,unreasonable allocation and high energy consumption.In order to further improve the performance of small-sized irrigation units in recent years,many researchers have designed and developed a variety of small irrigation units,but the gasoline pump as the power equipment and the combination and development of micro sprinkling hose is still blank,it is very rare to study on the hydraulic characteristics of the application.Micro jet with irrigation effect,anti clogging performance,simple operation and management,the micro sprinkling hose work with internal water pressure and bandwidth expansion,micro jet hydraulic performance and single hole spraying properties are not known formulas,only through testing it.The research on the hydraulic performance of micro jet belt has been carried out for many years,but the test of its spray performance parameters is not comprehensive,and there is no experimental study on its bandwidth.Aiming at the problem of Farmland Irrigation Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years according to the actual production needs,developed a set of drought,irrigation,drainage and other functions in one multi-functional household,and the portable small-sized irrigation unit.Compared with the traditional light and small irrigation units,the new unit uses the gasoline pump as the power equipment,and adopts sprinkler irrigation and micro sprinkler irrigation.As a new machine,this type of units still exist using the parameter uncertain problems in the application process,so the study can make the application of new parameters of the unit more clearly,is very important for users to use and improve the innovation unit.In order to solve the problem of incomplete spray performance parameters of micro jet belt,the unclear running cost of the existing unit and the unclear combination mode with the micro jet belt.4 types of micro jet belts used in the market are selected,and a drought resistant irrigation unit with ZGKQ50-W in the light and small irrigation unit is tested.Test the fuel consumption,the first unit 1m3 water extraction of 4 types of micro spray with single hole spraying performance and the unit is equipped with 4 types of micro sprinkling hose spraying uniformity coefficient,calculate and verify the operation cost and different micro spray irrigation area combined with maximum after 667 m2 and irrigation land required.The results showed that:1.When the unit first runs independently,the water consumption of the single side decreases with the increase of the flow rate.It is suggested that the head of the unit shall be used at the maximum flow rate of 21m3/h in the actual application process.2.The single hole spray performances of 4 kinds of micro jet belts were tested and compared.It was found that the discharge rate of single orifice with 4 micro jet belts under normal working condition increased with the increase of pressure.The range of spraying ranged from 30~40 to maximum,and increased with the increase of pressure.The width of drying area reached the maximum between 30~40 degrees.The spraying height increases with the increase of the injection angle.The diameter of water droplets did not change significantly with the change of working pressure.The bandwidth of the micro jet belt increases with the increase of pressure,and it can be used as a reference for the processing,production and application of the micro jet belt.3.When the unit head is combined with the micro jet belt,the spraying unit should operate at 20m~3/h flow for the steady spraying state of the micro spray belt.The spraying uniformity coefficient after the combination of the first and the second,the third and the fourth type micro spray bands is over 70%,which is suitable for matching with the main engine.Considering the energy consumption and the uniformity of combined spray compensation,the No.3 micro jet belt is labor-saving and time-saving,and suitable for large area irrigation.The irrigation area of No.2 micro jet belt is flexible and suitable for use in small scattered plots.
