| Investigate and analyze the copper content in the major tobacco growing areas of YongZhou Jianghua national tobacco cultivation demonstration base and the water of Jianghua County floating nursery system,through toxicology tests in different genotypes of copper on seed germination of tobacco (K327,Yunyan87,Germination of Yunyan87 and HY-9-7),provide the scientific advises for the control of copper contamination of soil and tobacco production safety.The soil total copper content of YongZhou Jianghua national tobacco cultivation demonstration base is between 21.34mg kg-1-24.68mg kg-1,the average value is 23.33mg kg-1,The soil total copper content is the middle region> northern region> southern region, the middle region was slightly higher than the north and south of the region. The Soil total copper content of YongZhou Jianghua national tobacco cultivation demonstration base is below the secondary standard of the soil environmental quality standards.The Cadmium, Lead, Copper and Zinc content in the water nearby the YongZhou Jianghua national tobacco cultivation demonstration base is relatively low, far below the surface water environmental quality standard class I (mainly for the water source, the National Nature Reserve) standard limit.With the increase of Incubation time, the number of the 4 kinds of tobacco seed germination increased gradually in various concentrations of copper. Rapid increase in the last 7 days then Increases slowly after 7 days. Germination potential of tobacco varieties,germination rate and germination index have reached the significant difference level, germination potential,germination rate and germination index of the concentration of copper also have reached the significant difference level. The 4 kinds of tobacco seed germination decreased with increasing concentration of copper, The higher copper concentration the greater impact on seed germination.The 4 kinds of tobacco have different copper tolerance, The size were Yunyan87> Germination of Yunyan87> HY-9-7>K326. The copper stress of the characterization of tobacco seed germination, relative germination potential is more sensitive than the relative germination rate. Copper on EC50 for seed germination of the 4 kinds of tobacco varieties were 1025.4mg kg-1,1900.9mgkg-1,590.4mgkg-1,68.1mgkg-1. |
