In order to reseach the best irrigation water levels of plant water-saving cultivation, the author explore a kind of water-saving,fertilizer-saving,high yield,environmentally friendly cultivating methods, which is "Golden Drainage Line Cultivating Method" after absorbing the basis of previous work and through the experiments on kinds of plants for several years. It is the key that the drainage line for plant should be designed at the golden mean of roots from top to bottom. The patent pot is designed with the idea of gold water level. In the paper, we obtained following trial result with gold water level cultivation method and traditional methods and with patent pot and traditional pot to do the contrastive experiment by using flowers,vegetables,rice as the test material.The experiment showed that seedling index, rooting numbers, rooting length, root ball diameter, root ball volume,the fresh weight, basal stem diameter and the dry weight of Coleus blumei treated in golden drainage cultivating method were significantly higher than CK. Cutting experiment of Aglaonema modestum with fertilizer showed that leaf numbers cutting without fertilizer in golden drainage cultivating method were significantly higher than CK and significantly lower than cutting with fertilizer, the total root numbers cutting without fertilizer in golden drainage cultivating method were higher than cutting with fertilizer, significantly higher than CK. The experiment showed that the CTK and IAA concentration of Aglaonema modestum cutting without fertilizer in golden drainage cultivating method in roots are increasing and the GA and ABA concentration in roots are decreasing. Regression analysis of biomass showed that there was a production peak when the drainage line was near to the golden mean. The experiment showed that the fresh weight, the dry weight, leaf numbers and seedling height of Reineckia carnea (Andr.) kunth treated in golden drainage cultivating method were significantly higher than those in containers with a hole.Through cultivating experiment of rice in defferent water levels, the tiller rate, the total grain numbers, the real grain numbers,grain density, the tassel length, the tassel weight per plant,grain weight and grain production cultivating in golden drainage cultivating method were significantly higher than CK. This study has confirmed the feasibility of mechanical trenching in field with the golden drainage cultivating method. The growth of the weight per plant and the output per basin was 58.96% and 56.66% in series cultivation and independent cultivation of cabbage, and were highly significant. There were corresponding results in experiments of potaoes, radishes etc too.The cultivating and fertilizetion experiments of species of plants showed that patent pot can save fertilizers more than double, and it is remarkable in maintain the feitilizers and water effect patent pot compared with the traditional pot. Patent pot of golden drainage line can reduce 1/3 of the irrigation frequency and water consumption as compared to the traditional pot.
