Studies on the changes of agronomic traits, grain yields, yield component, nutrients uptake amounts and fertilizer utilization rate of new hybrid winter oilseed rape variety (Xiang hybrid No.763) under the 6 planting densities and 5 fertilizer application levels treatments with field plot experiment.The 6 planting densities are included 5 thousand plants/hm2,10 thousand plants/hm2,15 thousand plants/hm2,20 thousand plants/hm2,25 thousand plants/hm2 and 30 thousand plants/hm2. The 5 fertilizer application levels of N, P2O5, K2O, S, Bare included 0,90,157.5,11.5, 0.9kg/hm2; 60,30,52.5,5.5,0.3kg/hm2; 120,60,105,7.5,0.6kg/hm2; 180,90,157.5,11.5,0.9kg/hm2 and 240,120,210,15,1.2 kg/hm2 respectively, are used as treatments number of fertilizer application levels respectively of high fertilizer rate,medium fertilizer rate,less fertilizer rate,low fertilizer rate and no N application.1 Changes of grain yield:whether density is high or low, grain yield increased with increase in fertilizer rate at the same planting density, but the increasing range is vary with different densities, the lower density has a greater extent than the higher. Under the same applying fertilizer rate, grain yield of lower applying fertilizer rate increased with planting density as the higher decreased. Grain yield is highest under the fertilizer application of high fertilizer rate and planting density of 15 thousand plants/hm2 conditions, which reach to 2514.1 kg. The yield of rape is affected by both planting density and fertilizer application level, the latter is more obvious and planting density has a direct connect with yield increasing after fertilizer applying.2 Changes of component factors of yield:Under the same planting density, usage pods per plant, seeds per pod and 1000 seeds weight decreased with increase in planting density, but not significant besides usage pods per plant. They also increased with applying fertilizer rate, but not significant at those treatments. The biggest value of usage pods per plant and seeds per pod is at high applying fertilizer rate and low planting density, which are 320 and 14.85.3 Changes of rape quality:protein content increased with increase in applying fertilizer rate, but oil content decreased as erucic acid and thioglycoside have a little change at the same planting density. Therefore planting density has a little affect on oil content, protein content, erucic acid and thioglycoside.4 Changes of chlorophyll in rape leaf:the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll during winter and flowering stages are increased with increased in fertilizer application rate under the same planting density. The content of chlorophyll a is decreased with the increased of planting density during winter stage under that treatment, not during flowering stage.5 Changes of uptake amounts of N, P, K, S, B:at the same planting density, uptake amounts of nutrients increased with applying rate, as the same as yield. The highest uptake amounts of N, P, K is under high applying fertilizer with planting density 15000 plant/hm2, at other treatments, the uptake of N, P increased with density, while K was smaller. The change of uptakes of S, B didn't show certain regularity with planting density.
