| The effects of different film-uncovering and earth-up methods or stages on growth and chemical element of flue-cured tobacco were studied in 2008, at Liancheng, Fujian province. The researching results were as following:1, Film uncovering and earth-up were advantageous for flue-cured tobacco to normally maturate. And they might improve the agronomic traits to a certain extent, promote the growth of roots, increase yields and output value, and improve internal quality of tobacco leaves in tobacco fields.2, The agronomic traits could be improved, the growth of adventitious roots was promoted, the yields and output value were increased, nicotine of tobacco leaves was increased, and the quality was improved by increased height of earth up in tobacco fields. little earth-up+cleared sewer and big earth-up and earth up for cleared sewer and 15 cm height of big one were better to promote root growth and improve quality of tobacco leaves than the others among different film-uncovering and earth-up models in fields.3, Little earth-up could promote the former growth of tobacco, could effectively increase number of tobacco leaves, and could open face of tobacco leaves. Llittle earth-up+cleared sewer and big earth-up were better to promote growth of tobacco.4, The growth of tobacco could be affected by different film-uncovering and earth-up stages. For instance, it was disadvantageous to grow on the former stage of tobacco before the uncovering films and earth up stage. And tobacco agronomic traits of tobacco were bad, the growth of roots was also bad, and their yields and output value were relatively low, besides effective number of tobacco leaves could be increased by it. If film-uncovering and earth-up stages were between 30 days and 40 days of transplanting, they would be advantageous to the growth of tobacco. And then, their agronomic traits were better to show, the growth of root was better, yields and quality were high, nicotine of tobacco leaves was high, and internal chemical composition of tobacco in tobacco fields was harmonized. After 30 days of transplanting, the indexes of tobacco would become more a bad with delayed film-uncovering and earth-up stages. Especially, after 60 days of transplanting, uncovering films and earth up could make tobacco absorb fertilizer for second time, increase yields and nicotine, make internal chemical composition of tobacco bad, and affect quality of tobacco leaves in tobacco fields. |
