In this study, adopted this method of greenhouse nitrogen fertilizer and labelled nitrogen fertilizer in pot-test , analysis indoor. it principium investigated throughout the growing period of color sweet pepper nitrogen fertilizer and nitrogen transfer and transformation, the results are as follows:1.With the growth and development of sweet pepper color process forward, the concentration of nitrogen in various organs of plants showed the trend of high to low, when the three growing season nitrogen content in different organs are the order of: leaves> fruit> stem> Roots. Life in the sweet pepper, root, stem, leaf and fruit organs of the extent of nitrogen concentration in 1.32% -2.35% 0.64% -1.67% 2.59% -4.17% 1.45% -2.69%.2. Throughout pot experiment during the whole growing season ,root nitrogen content nitrogen accumulation, nitrogen uptake and nitrogen allocation emerged first increased and then decreased, that is, achieve the highest value of the second harvest time. The third harvest time of root nitrogen content and nitrogen accumulation were more than first harvest time; the third harvest time of root N uptake and N distribution rate is lower than the first harvest time. Stem and leaf nitrogen content, nitrogen accumulation, nitrogen uptake and nitrogen allocation emerged first decreased and then increase, that is, the highest in second harvest time, the lowest in first harvest time. Fruit nitrogen content decreased first and then showed a small increase in trend; fruit nitrogen uptake and accumulation has been showing a growing trend; fruit distribution rate is manifested first and then decreased trend.3.The transfer of nitrogen in different organs of color sweet pepper, transfer to blades transfer rate, from which the product reflects the photosynthetic "source" and "storage" of the fruit into Significance.4. Integrated relationship between quality and yield of sweet pepper drawn: when nitrogen application rate was 0.28g/kg soil, the highest yield of 1805.52 g/0.016mu.5. The results of nitrogen fertilizer pot experiment showed that: nitrogen application can increase the SPAD value of the plant, can promote the increase in plant height, plant leave, wide .Considering the nitrogen on the growth and development of sweet pepper with the impact of the indicators, N2 and N3 nitrogen level is more suitable for growth of color sweet pepper 6. Nitrogen level and the growth period impact the fruit quality significantly. Nitrogen fertilizer can increase fruit into the Vc content, nitrogen excess nitrogen was applied in the Vc was able to reduce the content of the fruit; fruit nitrate and nitrogen levels in a positive correlation; but the law has a different growing season different.7. Facilities color pepper nitrogen application rate recommended for the 225 kg·hm-2, compared with conventional vegetable farmers fertilizer 375 kg·hm(-2), cut 40% of the amount of nitrogen fertilizer use, both to ensure that the output of sweet pepper, but also reduce the risk of contamination of soil and groundwater.
