As livestock breeding scale, intensive, modernization of rapid development, causes of poultry and animal feces pollution of the environment problem increasingly serious, and livestock farming systems to become the sustainable development of restrictive factors. Therefore, developing domestic animals &fowls utilization technology research is of great significance. This study in the process of poultry and animal feces compost for long time, piled up problems such as nutrition loss serious conducted research, intends to solve the above problem. This article through high temperature aerobic compost tests, and the five kinds of microbes promote corruption bacterium agent (M1 and M2, M3, M4 and M5) to cow muck and chicken manure, sheep droppings aerobic composting process high physical, chemical, biological index change effects and compost test bench, Simultaneously the compost products field application test and compost products in vegetable production, research on the application effect of the quality of products and exploiting the composting. The main research results summarized as follows:1. Vaccination exogenous microorganism bacterium agent can accelerate corrosion enhancers aerobic poultry and animal feces high temperature during composting in advance of body heats up, 2~3 d arrived at high temperature period, prolong the high temperature period is 3~5 d, the highest temperature of body temperature, pile significantly increased more than 8℃above 50 days, accord with high temperature compost harmless d standards; Composting process pH range change is high, conform to 7.0 ~ 9.0 aerobic compost requirements, add microbes promote rot obviously.2. Add microbial corrosion of material promoting composting of organic carbon agent larger, biodegradable degradation has obvious effect, the degradation rate of organic carbon works best with bacteria agent in add M2 and straw situation is better. Pile body total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content change trend is: with all the advance, composting process to deal with content gradually raised, fungi can add microbes promote corruption rising trend of processing content M2, the most significant.3. Add microbial corrosion of fungi can promote composting process heap of body water-soluble ammonium nitrogen, water soluble organic nitrogen, water soluble organic carbon content's influence is: the content of all treatment with the advancement of present composting are reduced trend, content in reducing, the organic carbon in water-soluble trend to decrease in the most significant.4. Add microbial corrosion of promoting fungi can handle seed sprouts index more than80%, accord with quickly reaching a high demand, and adding compost free-pollution disposal of straw and bacterium agent seed germination index rose fastest, to fungus agent for best effect of M2 processing.5. The fertilizer applied field test show that biological organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizers to appropriate proportion can be cut down obviously with secondary rapeseed body, accord with a country of nitrate content related standard requirements, obvious reducing soil NO3--N contents, to improve soil rapidly-available potassium content and rape biomass of rape and soil, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content have significant influence.This study effectively shorten the compost time and improve efficiency, save the composting composting nutrient, improving the quality and yield of rape and reduce the rape of nitrate content in soil, improve quality, improve the fertility in soil, poultry and animal feces utilization for realizing rural environment and protect existing significance.
