The experimental was carried out in Division 14, regiment 224 of Xinjiang Production & Construction Corps in 2010 with location of N37°14'18 "-37°22'11", E79°17'02 "-79°21'21". 4-5 years of Junzao cultivated by regiment 224 were selected and treated with magnetic water and ordinary water. After the treatment, the physiological and biochemical parameters, soil salinity, soil moisture, surface evaporation, jujube stemflow and fruit quality were determined and the chief results were as follows.1.With the international advance Li-6400 portable photosynthesis, the physiological and biochemical indicators of Chinese Jujube were determined and the results showed that the transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal conductance (Cond) were the two internal factors to affect the photosynthetic rate (Pn) of the treated jujubes. Pn diurnal variation of both two presented bimodal curves while Tr showed a single- peak curve. Besides, direct effects of internal and external factors on Pn and Tr were different, Pn magnetization of leaf chamber of the main room relative humidity (RH_S), control leaf temperature vapor pressure deficit (VpdL), air relative humidity (RH_R), RH_S. Tr magnetization mainly depended on external factors such as air temperature (Tair), leaf temperature (Tleaf), RH_R, RH_S, VpdL and the external factors of controlwere Tair, RH_R, RH_S.2.The change of soil salinity was relatively great in the 0-20 cm layer, on the other side, changes in soil moisture are more regular with only a great change in topsoil (0-20 cm) and then a gradual rise with the increase in soil depth.3.The stemflow of jujube could reflect its demand for water. The maximum daily stemflow values appeared at 12:00 in May, 13:00 in June, 15:00 in July and 16:00 in August, respectively, that's to say, the emergence of the maximum value was gradually postponed over time. Average daily stemflow and monthly stemflow reached the maximum in July and in August, respectively. 4.The evaporation rate of the earth surface varied at different time under different climatic conditions. Evaporation capcity was relatively low in June because it was a rainy season. The maximum evaporation capcity appeared when the soil moisture was about 33.3% and followed by 26.7% from the view of different treatments as well as in May from the view of different time.5.Red jujube quality responded to the changes of growth period and tended to be higher in the laterstage. From the various determined indicators, there was generally a mutation time and the fruit quality mutation time indicated that Septemper would be the beginning of its ripening stage.
