Facility agriculture is the mode of production of the modern agriculture. Biological environmental technology and technology of engineering equipment is comprehensively utilized, growth and development regularity of animals and plants are complied with.The rapid development of facility agriculture effectively ensures seasonal balanced supply of vegetables, meat, eggs, milk and other agricultural products and improves living standards of urban and rural residents.It will play a more and more important role in China.In our northern regions, temperature of spring and winter is too low, crops can't be grew, the greenhouse of gardening facility without heating also can produce better cold vegetable varieties. It not only causes the waste of land resources, but also directly has a negative impact on the economic income and affordability of consumer. Therefore, choosing the reasonable heating equipment has the vital significance to enhance the heating efficiency of greenhouse system, to reduce the greenhouse production cost, to enhance the economic efficiency and protect the environment.This article is in the foundation of summarizing the home greenhouses heater application present situation, profited from the domestic and foreign experiences, combined with the northern climatic conditions and the greenhouse characteristics. This article presents the idea of making use of the gasification and heating equipment by using biomass fuel to heat the greenhouse, aiming to make full use of the abundant biomass of straw, wood, etc, in order to achieve low cost, energy saving, environmental protection and recycling to achieve greenhouse heating. As the key support development project of bureau of province agriculture machinery in Shanxi, we made the design of our products, analysis, experiment, optimization, the application and achieved good benefits. The main research results include:(1)The heating equipment's study of greenhouse:studied on the heating mode and structural characteristics of the greenhouse systematically, by comparison, determined to select the hot-air furnace to heat, studied on the advantages and disadvantages of common furnace and domestic status quo of application, and combined with the characteristics of rural energy structure, this article creatively puts forward a type of new design thought of the hot-air furnace.(2)Design and manufacturing of the gasification and heating equipment by using biomass fuel:Designed technology and process of heating system, including the biomass gasifier, the heat exchanger, steel support, and made the experimental prototype.(3)Experiment of the hot-air furnace:There is an experiment study on the heating system. The thermal efficiency of the furnace and the heat exchanger, the main thermal conditions and the influence of control parameters are studied. Measured data is analysised scientifically.Design is validated entirely reasonable and reliable, according with the actual needs of production.(4)The numerical analysis and validation of heat exchanger:Performance of heat exchanger directly impacts the usability, economy and reliability of the furnace. Therefore, based on the data of lots of experiment, according to the characteristics of heat exchanger design, the mathematical model is established.Through numerical analysis of the equipment, verified the correctness of the model.Due to the limited capacity of microcomputer, creatively put forward the method of numerical simulation of subsection. Through the simulation analysis, we find out some problems of the influence of effecting heat exchanger, and put forward some Suggestions on how to optimize the heat exchanger, and provide theoretical support for the speed frequency of the blower.
