In the winter,the biogas digesters are heated by the heat exchanger,so that the temperature of the biogas digesters is kept at medium temperature and the biogas production capacity is increased.It is one of the effective ways to solve the heating of villages and towns.The design of the biogas digesters in the heat exchanger.According to the shape and heat transfer characteristics of biogas digesters,the design and calculation of heat exchanger in biogas digesters were carried out.The volume of biogas digesters,the heat load of the biogas digesters,the form of heat exchangers,the diameter of the heat transfer coil and the spacing,the heat source size and parameters,the circulating water pump and the automatic control system were calculated and analyzed.Set up a number of sets of heating heat exchanger and its monitoring system.Multi-mode optimization,monitoring comparative analysis.The heat exchangers are installed in the bottom of the pool and the wall of the wall,in which the two groups of heat exchangers are installed in the wall of the pool;the biogas digesters are arranged evenly in the biogas digesters,and the temperature of the biogas digesters is collected in real time to fully reflect the temperature Condition;test points in the upper,middle and lower layers,layer spacing 400 mm.The temperature of each layer is distributed equidistantly along the radial direction.The heat transfer model of biogas digesters was established.The numerical simulation of the system was carried out by using CFD.The influence factors of heat transfer were analyzed and discussed,and the results were compared with the experimental results.Experimental study on heat exchanger of biogas digesters.The heat exchanger of the three groups is used to heat the biogas digesters,and the heat exchangers and the intermediate heat exchangers are heated by the heat exchanger and the monitoring system.The heating temperature fluctuation range(34 ℃ ± 1 ℃)was set up,and the experimental results were analyzed.The results show that the main factors influencing the heat transfer effect of the heat exchanger are: the biogas slurry heating power and the biogas slurry temperature field uniformity.The proper temperature of the biogas slurry is the main factor affecting the biogas production.On the other hand,the heating heat exchanger form,laying method and so on the heating effect also has a greater impact.The results of these studies on China’s cold areas in winter use of heating biogas digesters have some guiding significance.
