Corn straw has a high nutritional value, along with the rapid development of animal husbandry industry, the demand for corn crop stalks feedstuff is increasing. In order to achieve the function of corn stalk baling while picking spike, a self-propelled of straw silage baling corn combine is designed, it integrate existing corn harvest technology with the stalk bundling, and it includes innovative design of the straw conveying, kneading and cutting critical components, Realizing the multi-function coupling and equipment optimization allocation. Recycling silage maize straw has an important meaning in eliminating environmental pollution and promoting agricultural sustainable development.The composition of the self-propelled of straw silage baling corn combine is determined according to corn stalk harvest process, and the corn combine include spike harvest units, ear dragon and elevator control, ear box, stalk conveying dragon, kneading and cutting machine, baling unit and other components. The ear of corn plant is rolled off when it passes through the snapping roll, then it is sent to stirring dragon, at last it is conveyed to the ear box. When the corn plant pass through the snapping roll,the plants are cut off by the hob, then the stalk is fended to knead cutting device through the straw conveyer, at last it will be sent to grass box after rubbing, and the silage baling unit bunds corn stalk round. The self-propelled silage corn combine can complete the working procedure of ear harvest and corn stalk chopped, collected, and conveyed after rolled off at once, and it can solve the problems of workforce shortage in the harvest season and corn stalks silage in time.In the design of corn cut device, the technical parameters of ear roller is determined, and the power consumption of picking spike roller is calculated. Hob and stalk conveyer are designed below picking spike roller. The hob is used to cut off corn stalks, then the stalks is concentrated by stalk conveying dragon, at last it will be transported to knead cutting machine by conveyor chain plate, pressure stem roller, tooth roller. A group of hob corresponds in a row of corn, and each group has 2 blades, and its length is 600 mm, width is 180 mm, thickness is 10 mm. The hob adopts the type of plate-type blade, and they are fastened to knife shaft with bolts with the purpose of provide convenience for repairing or replacement. The installation angle interval between the two blades of the same group is 180°, and the installation angle interval of adjacent two group's blades is 90°. The hob can cut stalks, and it plays certain role in stalks throwing, Hob plate with straight edge can reduce manufacturing costs, and throwing ability has improved compared with curved hob plate.In order to simplify the structure of rubbing and cutting device, the structure scheme is determined in the foundation of analyzing corn stalk's physical characteristics and the existing structure of corn chopped device. The cutters, rubbing blades and throwing blades are designed coaxial. Four flat cutters are installed in the same angel. The rubbing blades are divided into four groups which are installed in the middle of the axis, and each group is composed of three blades. The cutter cut off the stalks, in order to achieve the same length, the limit circular is installed in the back of the cutter. The rubbing blade shreds the broken stalks are shredded by the rubbing blade and rubbed frictionally by the twill board of the radial case. Throwing blades are installed in the back of the rubbing blades. Those blades throw the stalks into the grass collection box, so that the bale unites can finish the bale operation. Dynamic analysis and computer simulation analysis are used to analyze the cutters and the rubbing blades on the basis of mechanical strength theory.Self-propelled stalk bale silage corn combine uses hydraulic integration technology, and possesses automatic control system in the bundling process. The system takes the microcontroller as the core. It realizes signal receiving, processing and outputting, and it also controls the actuator by photoelectric sensors, contact switch and the electromagnetic clutch, hydraulic solenoid. Automatic control is used in the process of forage feeding and stopping feeding, bale density measuring, rope sending and twining, rope cutting, opening and closing the door of baler. Each step has the voice prompts, so it can save manpower, avoid the driver's misuse and improve the reliability of the machine operation.The functions of self-propelled straw bale silage corn combine consist of corn-picking, cutting and forage baling. It can not only improve the level of mechanization, but also facilitate the implementation of straw silage on the ground and simplify the traditional silage process. At the same time, it can improve operational efficiency and forage silage quality, and meet the requirements of the development of rural industry. In a word, it has a good prospect.
