White birch (Betula PlatyPhylla suk) is in rich resource in our country, major secondary metabolites, betulin acid, betulin and lupeol, have good medicinal and economic value. This research mainly analysis the content of betulin and lupeol in the white birch response to the different environmental factor.Along the longitude as well as latitude directions, set a certain geographic interval sampling sites to acquisition birch bark and information on the geographical and meteorological. Use the HPLC method to determine the content of betulin and lupeol, to analysis the relationship between environmental factor and content feature of betulin and lupeol. The main results are as follows.1. The content of betulin and lupeol in different geographical has significant difference. Using shortest distance class of hierarchical clustering divide the betulin content into three classes. The most appropriate areas for betulin accumulate are Wuying, Hegang. Divided Lupeol into four classes. The most appropriate area for lupeol accumulate is HuLin.2. There is a significant negative correlation between betulin content and diameter at breast height (DBH), while there is no significant correlation between DBH and lupeol content.3. The relationship between betulin content and longitude, latitude, altitude is no significant correlation. Partial correlation analysis shows that there is a negative correlation between altitude and lupeol content, same as the result of simple correlation analysis.4. There is a significant positive correlation between betulin content and monthly precipitation, daily sunshine hours. While there is no significant correlation between lupeol content and monthly mean temperature, monthly precipitation, monthly sunshine, monthly relative humidity.5. The relationship between betulin content and yearly extremely low temperatures is significant positive correlation. And there is an extremely positive significant correlation between daily sunshine hours and betulin content. The relationship between betulin content and annual rainfall is significant negative correlation. And there is an extremely significant negative correlation between annual relative humidity and lupeol content.6. Take the longitude, latitude, altitude, mean annual temperature, annual precipitation, annual sunshine, the annual relative humidity, high temperatures in an annual low temperature, frost-free period, the monthly mean temperature, monthly sunlight, monthly precipitation, the amount of monthly humidity (X1-X14) and betulin X15, alcohol X16 to disposes component analysis. The first three principal components of the total contribution rate are 72.67%. The first principal component contribution rate is 35.64%. The second principal component contribution rate is 22.89%. The third principal component contribution rate is 12.99%.7. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis the betulin content and ecological factor. The optimal solution of regression equation is the higher the annual sunshine, the lower annual precipitation, relative humidity, and the annual extremely high temperature in the case is better for accumulation of betulin. There is a significant linear relationship between Annual relative humidity and lupeol.
