In recent years,China's rapid economic development has led to a dramatic increase in the number of its population,an increase in the scope of cities,and a serious scarcity of water resources.Agricultural irrigation water accounted for a large proportion of the total water use in China,but the serious waste of water,will inevitably cause China's water supply and demand contradictions.Therefore,vigorously developing farmland water-saving irrigation technology,developing water conservancy and water saving irrigation projects,and reducing the waste of water resources are the focus of current work and important measures to promote China's economic development.Field sluice irrigation technology is a water-saving irrigation technology that replaces open channel water distribution with pipeline system.The irrigation water directly flows into the channel through the water distribution device and the water pipeline,and realizes a significant reduction in water loss.Field gate irrigation system can fully meet the needs of China's new stage of agricultural water-saving irrigation,with a wide range of production and promotion value.The water distribution device is an important part of the irrigation system.By adjusting the opening of the water distribution device,the flow rate can be effectively adjusted.In order to further promote the transformation of the sluice pipe water transfer and achieve the goal of water-saving irrigation,a new type of gate water distribution device was designed in this paper: ten-hole round water distribution device,eight-hole round water distribution device,six-hole round water distribution device,large round hole water distribution device,square hole water distribution device,large square hole water distribution device.The same water outlet hole area,different water outlet hole number of water distribution device and the same outflow area,different water outlet hole shape water distribution device are two kinds of research objects,using physical tests based on the theoretical research and model simulation method,the water distribution characteristics of a new type of gate water distribution device were studied.The relationship among the water distribution device opening,pressure head and flow was summarized and analyzed.The following theoretical results were obtained through the study:(1)Tests have analyzed the relationship between the pressure head and flow rate of the same water outlet hole shape,different water outlet hole number of water distribution devices and the same water outlet hole area different water outlet hole shape water distribution devices.The flow rate of water devices increases with the increase of the pressure head when the opening degree is constant,which is multiplied by the power function,and pressure sensitivity coefficient shows a relatively stable trend.(2)Tests have analyzed the relationship between the opening degree and flow rate of the same water outlet hole shape,different water outlet hole number of water distribution devices and the same water outlet hole area different water outlet hole shape water distribution devices.When the pressure head is constant,the distribution flow increases with the opening of the water outlet,and the relationship between the opening degree and the flow coefficient is fitted.(3)The formula for the distribution characteristics of the same water outlet hole shape,different water outlet hole number of water distribution devices and the same water outlet hole area different water outlet hole shape water distribution devices can be modified on the basis of the orifice discharge formula and satisfactory simulation results are obtained.(4)By analyzing the water distribution characteristics of the same water outlet hole shape,different water outlet hole number of water distribution devices,the effect of outlet area of outlet holes on the flow of the water distribution device is gradually reduced,and the influence of the pressure head on the distribution flow of the water distribution device increases with the increasing opening of the water distribution device.(5)Through the water distribution characteristics of the water distribution device with the same outlet hole area and different outlet hole shapes,the pressure sensitivity coefficient of the round hole water distribution device is more stable than that of the square hole water distribution device,and the flow can be adjusted in a large range.(6)Through a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of the distribution flow rate of the water distribution device with the same outlet hole shape and different number of outlet holes,the formula for the relationship between each influencing factor and the distribution flow is obtained by multi-factor analysis method,which provides a precise adjustment of the distribution flow rate.(7)Through a comprehensive analysis of the water distribution characteristics of the water distribution device with the same water outlet hole area and different water outlet hole shapes,the water distribution characteristics of the round hole type water distribution device and the square hole type water distribution are obtained by using the data fitting test results.The research results in this paper provide a practical water distribution device for the actual field sluice irrigation,and provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of the water distribution device.
