The forest resource was destroyed by forest fire, and the soil development and quality were destroyed as well. Based on the biggest fire disaster, we investigated and analyzed the basic physical and chemical properties of the soil after burned, meanwhile, filtered and ensured the indicators of soil quality assessment. After that based on the soil quality assessment standard score equations and the integrated soil fertility, we divided the indicator of soil quality assessment into moisture availability, nutrient availability, aeration, temperature environment, acid and alkaline environment, biological environment, standing of the root of seven-item soil function. According to research data has been generated and the actual situation, hit points through expert, make sure the weight of the each indicators compared to soil function, and each soil function compared to the soil quality index, and regulated the weight in the calculating, to extend reflected and evaluated the actual situation. Meanwhile put forward the suitable soil evaluated quality index and methodology for the Da Xing An Ling. Otherwise, it can provided a theoretical basis for improve the burned soil and restore forest ecosystems. Specific results were as follows:1. Screening to determine there are 12 factors changed a lot after burned, included the five soil physical factors, i.e. OT, TM, SW, BD, WSA, and six soil chemical factors, i.e. OM, AM, NT, AP, pH and EB, and one soil biological factor MBC.2. Compared with the CK the covered with OT, WSA, SW, OR, EB and MBC was lower, but the TM, BD, AM, NT, AP, pH was higher.3. The results of soil quality assessment showed that the soil quality index of burned soil was 0.404, and the treatment with CK was 0.562. The scored of water availability, nutrient availability, microbial environment and root standing was higher with the treatment of CK than the burned soil, otherwise the temperature environment, acid and alkaline environment was lower. The aeration had no significant difference between the treatments.4. The covered with a layer thickness O was higher with the burned soil than that of the CK in the soil habitat barrier evaluation. The 0 cm soil temperature was the most influence in the low temperature obstacle barrier and high temperature obstacle barrier of the growing season. The soil temperature obstacle factors in growing season had negative correlation to the temperature. The drought barrier of plant growth, maintain, update higher than that of the over-moisture barrier, meanwhile higher than the CK treatment. Otherwise, the acid obstacle of plant growth, maintain, update higher than alkaline obstacles, and no obvious changes before and after the fire. The acid obstacle of plant growth, maintain, update was higher than CK. The nutrients barrier was higher in burned soil than that of CK.
