Tree rotted is one of the defects in timber that caused by microorganisms. Once microorganisms reproduce in the stumpage and lumber, its hyphen will continue growing in wood cells in successive years. The losses which are caused by above mentioned are constantly expanding and deepening year and year. So the rot of stumpage and lumber are the largest enemy for forestry production and wood use. In America, the loss caused by fungus is estimated more than $5.2 billion each years. This study took the health and different rot degrees of Pinus koraiensis,Tilia platyphylla,Juglans mandshurica Maxim,Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr,A.mono Maxim and Quercus spp as the research object, mensurated the cellulose content, lignin content and relative crystallinity using nitric acid-ethanol method, acid insoluble lignin and X-ray diffraction method, analyzed the law among the rot wood and above mentioned factors using SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis software, discussed the main chemical compositions, relative crystallinity and moisture influence on the degrees of rot wood. The results are as follow:Cellulose content, acid insoluble lignin and fiber relative crystallinity changed along with the rot of wood. Cellulose content decreased with the deepening of rot, the degree of decline was vary, but the rot of Tilia platyphylla increased in this; acid insoluble lignin increased, however, the rot of Tilia platyphylla decreased in this; fiber relative crystallinity decreased with the deepening of rot for all the tree species. Significant test results show:for different degrees of rot, there was obvious discrepancy among cellulose content, acid insoluble lignin content and crystallinity for the same tree species.Meanwhile, X-ray diffraction results show:the lattice structure of healthy wood and rot wood was the same. Wood rot did not change the crystalline structure of cellulose, only degree of crystal had been changed. There was relationship among wood rot and guide line which was choosed in the study. The degree of rot for Tilia platyphylla had the largest relationship with moisture; the degree of rot for Juglans mandshurica Maxim only had relationship with acid insoluble lignin(P<0.01); The degree of rot for Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr had the largest relationship with cellulose content; The degree of rot for Pinus koraiensis had the largest relationship with acid insoluble lignin; The degree of rot for A.mono Maxim had the largest relationship with crystallinity; The degree of rot for Quercus spp had the largest relationship with acid insoluble lignin. There was relationship between wood rot and synthetically effect including cellulose content, acid insoluble lignin and crystallinity, this effect could explain the wood rot 99.5%,98.3%,98.0%,99.9%,99.4%.99.5% for Tilia platyphylla,Juglans mandshurica,Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr,Pinus koraiensis,A.mono Maxim,Quercus spp, respectively.
