1. In order to understand the differences of nitrogen uptake and utilization and provide guidance for fertilization in accordance with varieties and for selection the variety of high nitrogen utilization efficiency(NUE),25 tomato varieties released in China were selected to analyze the differences of NUE under the same nitrogen fertilization condition. The result showed that the NUE variation of tomato was 1.04%-47.58% among varieties. Through cluster analysis, four varieties were regarded as low N uptake high N utilization and high yield. In addition, the average yield was 9456.2 kg/667m2. The correlation and path analysis indicated that the total N absorption were positive linearly to tomato yield, while the NUE had a dominant effect on the improvement of tomato yield.25 cultivars of tomato frequent in China of JiLin province were employed to evaluate their nitrogen use efficiencies (NUE) by indices of agronomic efficiency(AE).recovery efficiency(RE),physiological efficiency(PE),and partial factor productivity(PFP). The result showed that there were significant genotype differences of N use efficiencies in terms of RE,PE,AE and PFP. Cluster analysis revealed that the cultivars with high yield potential and NUE were ChaoYan219, JiaFen19, BeiYing, SaiOu 1, RuiQi 1.Compared with other cultivars, their average yield. RE.PE.AE and PFP were higher 19.31%,47.50%,0.93%,46.3%和19.3%.Correlation analysis confirmed that increasing N harvest index may promote yield and NUE in tomato2. To identify different nitrogen efficiency of physiology mechanism in tomato and screen different efficieny of tomato. The change of biomass, photosynthesis characteristics, physiological nature in tomato were studied under unnitrogen condition. The result showed that the yield of tamato were correlated with the length and the number of branch root in breeding protophase,The ground dry weight in breeding anaphase, the activy of root,,the content of nitrate and Solubility sweet,Pn,E,Gs. All these could be considered the reference index to screen the variety of the yield and high nitrogen efficiency. The stem diameter and the root of dry weight in breeding anaphase^ the ratio of root and shoot and the area of leaf in breeding protophase could be the important index of the high or low of the plant uptake and amass nitrogen. The root dry weight and the area of leaf in in breeding anaphase could be the frist index to screen the variety the nitrogen high utilizationThrough the dependability analysis that the group yield and nitrogen efficiency in tomato and the related biomass, photosynthesis characteristics, physiological nature in tomato. We discovered that the number of branch root In breeding metaphase and the ratio of root and shoot in breeding anaphase, the solubility proteinum in flourishing fruit, the beginning of flowering and the collectiong terminal, the SPAD and Pn in in breeding anaphase, the Ci in in flourishing fruit could be the marked index of the yield of differert of variety in tomato. The condition of growth of the root in breeding anaphase, the solubility proteinum in collecting initial, the solubility sweet in flourishing flowering, the content of the nitrate,Pn,Ci in breeding anaphase could be the mark index of nitrogen uptake efficiency; the area of in flourishing fruit could be the mark index of nitrogen utilization efficiency3.In order to understand the effect of fertilizers-N on the total content phosphorous and potassium of different varieties tomato and provide theory reference of the select the variety of the fertilizer high utilization. 25 tomato varieties released in China were selected to analyze the characteristics of the total content phosphorous and potassium under the different nitrogen condition. The result showed that the fertilizer-N promoted the total content phosphorous and potassium obviously, and the variety difference of the total content phosphorous shrink, and the opposite of the total content potassium. The correlation analysis and path analysis showed that the relation the total content nitrogen with phosphorous and potassium were closed and the relative effect on yield were large. But the effect of the total content potassium on yield were small4.Through potted experiment, effects of long-term nitrogen deficiency on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic of five different varieties of tomato were studied. The results showed that under long-term nitrogen condition, The photosynthetic index of tomato leaf including growth index, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and Fv/Fo (the potential photochemical efficiency of photosystemⅡ), Fv/Fm(the ratio of the variable to maximum fluorescence), qNP (the non-photochemical quenching coefficient), qP (the photochemical quenching),ΦPSⅡ(the actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ) were all different decreased and were more sensitive to nitrogen deficiency, in which Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm were most sensitive, each parameter variability also changes between varieties. The growth index.. chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate of the tomato also declined for lack of nitrogen deficiency. The correlation analysis indicated that qP were positive linearly related to leaf nitrogen content, therefore, qP could be used as indicators of nitrogen diagnosis 5. To assess nutritional quality of different varieties and screen varieties tomato which is rich in comprehensive nutritional value, the comprehensive nutritional quality of 25 different tomato were evaluated by measuring the fine quality and bad quality, then they were analyzed by means of fuzzy membership fuction. The results showed that the quality of different tomato varieties had great differences, the comprehensive nutritional quality with better among 25 different varieties tomato were Dongnong708, YufanNol...
