Plants are the natural biological active compound treasures.It have very important practical significance for looking for active natural products developed into botanical pesticides used to overcome the chemical pesticide which bring long-term serious pollution, high residues and poor safety.As a traditional Chinese medicine, it was more extensive for researching Bryophyllum pinnatum leaves against viruses resistant bacteria,but did not report with the research for inhibitory fungal and effective antimicrobial components.In this paper, we studied antimicrobial activity,antimicrobial spectrum of antibacterial substance,antimicrobi substance,antimicrobial activities extraction process of the ethanol extraction of Bryophyllum pinnatum leaves, it was discussed the stability.And it made purification and analysis preliminary of the antimicrobial composition.According to the experiments, it determined the antibacterial spectrum of extraction of Bryophyllum pinnatum leaves with hypha growth rate method. we found that it had strong inhibition to most crop fungus, especially to Alternaria solani and Rhizoctonia solani, so they were selected as sensitive fungis to study. It studied the inhibition effect on Alternaria solani with spore germination and hypha growth rate method. It could draw the antibacterial activity are a positive correlation with extract concentration,and the inhibition effect of spore germination is higher than which of hypha growth.It withdraw a search to antimicrobial activities components of Bryophyllum pinnatum leaves by 4 kinds of methods, the result displayed the inhibition effect of ultrasonic wave extract was strongest, consequently ultrasonic wave extract was selected as the craft study. In this test,with single factor's test and quadrature test, got a best extract craft for temperature 50℃,ether volume fraction 70%, the ultrasonic wave handle time 60 mins, liquid to solid 15:1(mL:g). The bacteriostatic circle diameter of alternaria solani and Rhizoctonia solani was 27.8 mm and 24.3 mm respectively with these conditions.Secondly it withdraw the stability of Bryophyllum pinnatum leaves extraction, the study showed that the thermal stability and stability of UV radiation of antibacterial activity of ethanol extract was better, it was better stable for pH values range from 6 to 7.5 and a high temperature conditions.To analyze the antibacterial active ingredients of Bryophyllum pinnatum leaves, its aqueous solution was extracted using four different polar solvents, and the antibacterial activities of the phases was evaluated with mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that inhibitory effect of n-butyl alcohol phase had a strong capacity and ethyl acetate phase took second place. Made composition crude measure for n-butanol phase, the result expressed phenols,organic acid,flavonoid,sterides and coumarin glycosides were found in the extract of Bryophyllum pinnatum leaves,in which anthracene and nucleoside was not found.The extract of n-butyl alcohol was purified by silica gel column chromatography and tracked by TLC.6 eluants were obtained and the inhibitory capability of each eluant was investigated.The results showed that the inhibition of E was strongest, the diameters were the 23.5 mm and 17.6 mm. Carry on a second time for E column layer, receive E2 which made further inhibition effect, make sure E2 was flavonoid compound by the TLC detection, that its molecular weight was 587.1 by HPLC and MS analysis, its structure remains to be determined.
