A Study On Quantitatively Classification For The Resistance To Phenolic Acids Traits Of Cunninghamia Lanceolata Clones Based On Fluorescence Characteristics

This article takes chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Cunninghamia lanceolata clone as the variables, quantitatively analyzes 14 Cunninghamia lanceolata clones which are under the stress of three phenolics-Salicylic acid, cinnamic acid and ferulic acid by the method of Hierachical Cluster Analysis; and evaluates the influence of these three phenolics on characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence of different Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings, and then selects the patience type clones which against these three phenolics, in order to provide theoretical basis for solving the serial obstacles of Cunninghamia lanceolata. The results show that:1 Under the stress of salicylic acid in the different periods, the characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence of different clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata are various. After 1 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=2.8 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type (FS09, FS11, FS04, FS01, 065, FS08, FS07, FS16), patience type (FS10, FS33, FS13, FS03, FS24), sensitive type (FS21). After 5 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=14.6 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type (FS11, FS21, FS07, 065, FS01, FS04, FS10, FS13), patience type (FS33), sensitive type (FS03, FS08, FS09, FS24, FS16). After 10 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=3.2 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: sensitive type(FS01, FS13, FS11, 065, FS09, FS08, FS07, FS10, FS33, FS24), intermediate type(FS04, FS21, FS03), patience type(FS16). After 15 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=10.8 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: sensitive type(FS09, FS13, FS21, FS01, FS24, FS11, 065, FS10, FS33), patience type (FS03, FS07), intermediate type (FS04, FS16, FS08).2 Under the stress of cinnamic acid in the different periods, the characteristic of chlorophyll fluorescence of different clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata is various. After 1 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=5 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: sensitive type(FS03, FS09, FS16, FS07, FS11, FS21, 065), intermediate type(FS01, FS08, FS04), patience type(FS13, FS24, FS10, FS33). After 5 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=4.9 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type (FS10, FS24, FS13, FS07, 065, FS08, FS11, FS21, FS09), patience type (FS01, FS33, FS04), sensitive type (FS03, FS16). After 10 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=4.7 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type (FS03, FS13, 065, FS11, FS08, FS09, FS10, FS21, FS04, FS24), patience type (FS01, FS33), sensitive type (FS07, FS16). After 15 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=2.8 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: patience type (FS21, FS24, FS01, FS09, FS13, FS04, FS11, 065, FS10, FS33, FS08), intermediate type(FS03), sensitive type (FS07, FS16).3 Under the stress of ferulic acid in the different periods, the characteristic of chlorophyll fluorescence of different clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata is various. After 1 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=10.7 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: patience type (FS10, FS13, FS24, FS08, FS03, FS09, FS33), sensitive type (FS04, FS11), intermediate type (FS07, 065, FS01, FS16, FS21). After 5 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=2.7 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: patience type (FS08, FS13, FS21, FS01, FS03, FS09, FS33), intermediate type(FS04, FS07, FS10, FS24, FS11, 065), sensitive type (FS16). After 10 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=4.5 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: patience type (FS21, FS24, FS10, FS01, FS11, FS08, FS13, FS09, FS33), sensitive type (FS16, 065, FS04, FS07), intermediate type (FS03). After 15 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=5.6 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type (FS21, FS24, FS08, FS10, FS13, FS03, FS33, FS11), patience type (FS07, FS16, 065, FS01, FS04), sensitive type (FS09).4 Under the stress of three phenolic acids in the different periods, the characteristic of chlorophyll fluorescence of different clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata is various. After 1 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=4.3 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type(FS01, FS21, FS13, FS08, FS11, FS16, FS09), patience type(FS24, FS33, FS10, FS03), sensitive type(FS07, 065, FS04). After 5 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=7.3 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type(FS03, FS10, FS09, FS21), sensitive type(FS04, FS16, FS07), patience type(FS13, FS33, FS01, FS11, FS08, FS24, 065). After 10 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=5.4 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: intermediate type(FS01, FS24, FS13, FS03, FS09, FS33, FS10, FS21, FS04, FS08, FS11), sensitive type(FS07, FS16), patience type(065). After 15 days, by the level of cutting setsλ=7.3 for threshold value, this 14 clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata were devided into three categories: sensitive type(FS01, FS21, FS10, FS07, FS09, FS16, FS04, FS24, FS03, FS33), intermediate type(FS11, FS13, FS08), patience type(065).From the above, we may safely draw the conclusions which are as follows:Under the stress of salicylic acid, the overall classification of 14 Cunninghamia lanceolata clones are: sensitive type(FS03, FS16), intermediate type(FS04, FS07, FS08, FS21), patience type(FS01, FS09, FS10, FS11, FS13, FS24, FS33, 065).Under the stress of cinnamic acid, the overall classification of 14 Cunninghamia lanceolata clones are: sensitive type(FS07, FS16), intermediate type(FS03, FS04, FS08, FS09, FS10, FS11, FS13, FS21, 065), patience type(FS01, FS24, FS33).Under the stress of ferulic acid, the overall classification of 14 Cunninghamia lanceolata clones are: sensitive type(FS04, FS07, FS16, 065), intermediate type(FS03, FS10, FS11, FS21, FS24), patience type(FS01, FS08, FS09, FS13, FS33).Under the stress of three phenolic acids, the overall classification of 14 Cunninghamia lanceolata clones are: sensitive type(FS04, FS07, FS16), intermediate type(FS01, FS03, FS08, FS09, FS10, FS11, FS13, FS21), patience type(FS24, FS33, 065).
