This test in YiNingXian ili west agriculture and animal husbandry Co., LTD farms choose the health. growth normal, one age brown bull 60 heads. randomly divided into low nutrition level with high nutrition level group of diet control group, including45 head:patients in the control group,15 head, no significant difference between groups (P>0.05), on July 1,2010 to December 30,2010, in three phases increase heavy, serum biochemical index and hormone determination test variation in content.The results showed that:the period of the group a fattening fodder for feeding quantity and nutrition level are lower than those of the control group, the group in xinjiang, fattening brown cow the daily gain of 1.00 kg/d, lower than those of the control group 0.14 kg/d, significant difference (P<0.05) and in the middle of fattening, brown cow group of xinjiang daily gain of 0.63 kg/d, the daily gain control group was 0.81 kg/d, xinjiang brown cow daily gain control group is high 0.18 kg/d, very significant difference (P< 0.01), in the late in xinjiang, fattening group brown cow the daily gain of 0.68 kg/d, and the control group of brown cow in xinjiang daily gain of 0.49 kg/d, xinjiang brown cow group is an average daily gain control high 0.19 kg/d, very significant difference (P<0.01).The serum biochemical indexes to change:lactate dehydrogenase, catalase, superoxide dismutase (sod), copper blue protein, triglycerides, aspertate aminotransferase), cereal third transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, urea nitrogen and free fatty acid, total protein, albumin serum biochemical indexes in the early, middle and late fattening significant difference (p<0.05). Among them:lactate dehydrogenase content and high levels of the late middle, and the very significant difference (p<0.01); Catalase late with high content of early and middle more significant difference (p<0.05); Superoxide dismutase (sod) content level to be higher, the late and very significant difference (p<0.01); Copper blue protein content of each period extremely significant difference (p<0.01); Triglyceride middle and later the highest content of lowest very significant difference (p<0.01); Aspertate aminotransferase, cereal third transaminase content with high content and the late middle the very significant difference (p<0.01); The highest content of alkaline phosphatase middle and early and late with significant difference (p<0.05); Urea nitrogen content in the late middle and higher levels and very significant difference (p<0.01); Free fatty acids in the early and middle significantly higher than content later significant difference (p<0.05); Total protein content and middle and higher than the late the significant difference (p<0.05), and the late very significant difference (p<0.01); In the late and albumin significant difference (p<0.05); The rest of the determination in the trial period index no significant difference (p>0.05).Serum hormonal changes:cortex ketone, calcitonin, leptin, T3, human growth hormone, testosterone, the hormone in serum fattening before, in late, there is significant difference (p<0.05).
