This research is mainly on sugarcane leaf and whole plant mulberry hybrid protein of different pretreatment, Screening the best approach of cane leaves and whole plant protein mulberry, which's confecting the full mixed diets of growing bulls.In the first part of the test, we mainly research the sugarcane leaves, the whole plant protein of different pretreatment method of mulberry, pretreatment of sugarcane leaves:control group, ammoniated group, ammonia alkalization group, micro storage group; pretreatment of the whole plant protein Mulberry: control group, Microbial group, complex treatment groups. By exploring different pretreatment methods on cane leaves, the impact on the nutritional content of the whole plant protein mulberry sensory evaluation and treatment. The results showed that:(1) The different treatment of sugarcane leaf DM, CP, EE content relative to the control group were slightly higher, DM content difference among the groups was not significant (P>0.05), The CP, EE significantly increased (P<0.05), Significantly reducing the sugarcane leaves CF, NDF, ADF content (P<0.05), Improving the sensory quality and nutritional value of sugar cane leaves, Considering the sugarcane leaf pretreatment with "ammonia-base" group best. (2) After Microbialtreated, Complex treatment, Whole plant protein mulberry CP, EE levels were higher than the control group, which the CP content of up to 26.96% combined treatment group was significantly higher than 20.05%(P<0.05), EE content between the groups was not significantly different (P> 0.05); CF content were significantly lower (P<0.05) compared to the control group. In general, Microbialtreated and Complex treatment improve the quality of the whole plant protein mulberry, palatability, improves nutrients.In the second part of the test, we are feeding growing bulls using different amounts of sugarcane leaves, whole plant mulberry confecting different protein diets full mixed type, The test results:(1) The average daily feed intake per bull of The control group, Group ?, Group ? was 17.23kg,17.41kg,16.23kg, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), the highest ADG test was Group ? 0.50 kg/d, Higher than 4.2% compared of control group, The difference was not significant (P> 0.05); Analysing per kg of body weight gain, the average weight of Group ? gain per kg feed costs 1.24 yuan lower than the control group, economic efficiency was Higher. (2) Analysing the apparent digestibility of nutrients, The DM digestibility of control group, Group ?, Group ? were 54.21%, 55.71%,53.19%, DM digestibility of Group ? was higher than control group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05);CP, CF digestibility of Group ?, Group ? were higher than the control group, however, there's no significant difference between the groups (P> 0.05).To add appropriate amount of whole plant mulberry in Daily ration help improve the growth of beef cattle protein digestion. (3) Experimental cattle blood biochemical parameters of glucose (GLU), cholesterol (CHOL) and triglyceride (TG) measurements of Group ?, Group ? are lower than the control group, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), which means Mulberry has a function of Lowering blood glucose & Reducing blood lipid, provide a reference for further explore the alkaloids in mulberry leaves have lower blood sugar, cholesterol and other mechanisms.
