The strong advantage combination of breeding high-yield,high-quality and herbicide-resistant is the future direction of genetically modified soya of herbicide,which can effectively solve the issues of low conversion rate, poor agronomic traits into varieties and so on in the test conditions. The results indicate that the cross of de-resistant transgenic non-genetically modified soybean and excellent varieties (lines) can choose out high advantage combination. Four varieties of common quality soybean with three varieties of herbicide-resistant is made design mating combination by 4 x 3 NCII preparation of genetic. And the yield and quality of hybrid offspring has been further analysised and researched.1 PCR resistance test indicates, Baste gene can stably genetic in the hybrid offspring of herbicide-resistant soybean and ordinary high quality soybean.2 The general combining effect values of Kennong 30 TSB4 and nongda farmers Nongda 35306 protein content are higher; The general combining effect values of Nongda 15751 and Kennong 18 is higher in fat content; Further key choice in the three combinations generations of Nongda 35306 x TSB1, Kennong18xTSB1 and Nongda15751xTSB2 may get new strain of high-yield and herbicide-resistant.Quality traits, the combination of Kennong 18×TSB2 SCA effects of the fat content is highest, followed by the SCA Nongda 15751×TSB2; the combination with the highest relative values of protein content SCA is Kennong 30×TSB4, followed by the SCA Nongda 35306×TSB4. Further screening high oil or selectively bred from high quality herbicide-resistant soybean new strain. Further selection of new serieshigh with quality oil or high-protein herbicide-resistant soybeans should be made.The genetic of fat and protein content is positively related with the female parent and parent value , in the F1 and F2 generations , the average which the combination is gender-like ranges between the two parents, there is wide variation and the larger separation , quality traits in hybridizedcombination and segregation of posterity appears positive transgressive segregation.3 Most characters performes negative effects except grains per plant and pod number per plant;Grains per plant and pod number per plant have an effect on protein content by indirect effect; Grain weight per plant and the weight of 100-kernel have mainly positive effect on protein content , the plant height has mainly negative effect on protein content , so the plant height and protein content have negative correlation .4 Winding number,plant height,grains per plant the section numberof main stemr and pod number per plant have significant effect on the related coefficient of grain weight per plant . The effect of winding number on grain weight per plant has been achieved mostly through the indirect effect of grains per plant and pod number per plant; The grains per plant has great positive effect on grain weight per plant by analysis,grains per plant plays important role to improve the grain weight per plant.
