In this experiment, by the hybridization of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean with conventional soybean, studying their hybrid offspring, we had explored the genetic rule of the herbicide-resistance gene Basta, and improved excellent herbicide-resistant strains breeding for future generations, provided sufficient basis on improving soybean production conditions and selecting better soybean strains, generally researched the qualities and other aspects of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean under different cultural factors, provided some references for the high quality cultivation of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean in the future.1,By reciprocal crosses, spraying glyphosate isopropylamine salt agent 41% to future generations F1, F2, F3 and BC1, we had done statistical analysis of herbicide resistance; by PCR amplification and SSR detection to future resistance strains, Basta genes were found. Verified gene Basta in accordance with Mendelian rule, herbicide-resistance gene Basta was controlled by a single dominant gene.2,In the hybridization generations of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean with conventional soybean, selecting excellent strains which had the ability not only to resist herbicide, but also to be excellent in other comprehensive respects. In all combinations, the excellent strains can be elected from the hybrid combination Kennong 18×TSB5. We had selected three strains out of combination Kennong 19, which had excellent qualities, such as herbicide-resistant, high oil content, desirable agronomic characters and so forth, the high protein content strains appeared out of combination kennong 4.3,Density had small effect on the protein content of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean, followed by fertilizer which had the more significant impact on it, species had the most significant impact on it. The result showed that it was conducive to increase the protein content of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean under high fertilizer conditions. Species had the most significant effect on the oil content of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean, followed by density and fertilizing amount. The oil content amounted to significant level under different species. This result showed that the genetic factors of transgenic herbicide-resistant soybean had the most important effects on the qualities. The fertilizer supplying level was the major factor affecting the production of transgenic herbicide-resistant soybean, density and species did not have significant impact, TSB1 had the highest yield at a density of 450,000 / hm2 and fertilizing amount of 280kg/hm2.
