Zi goose is the main geese breed in northeast of China and egg production is in the first place all over the world, its average annual egg production is up to 100 or so. The heredity of goose egg production traits are low or moderate levels, influenced by both genetic and environmental factors and interaction. So far, domestic and foreign mainly through conventional breeding, in-season regulation and endocrine regulation of reproductive hormones and other methods to increase egg production of geese. However, it is slow to use of traditional breeding methods to improve the speed performance of goose egg .With the rapid development of molecular biology, the effective way to improve the performance of poultry production from genetic point of view is the candidate gene for egg production traits in marker-assisted selection .In the study, breeding for many years Zigeese is the research object, laying performance and body sizes were measured.PCR amplificated PRL intro2 and exon 2,FSHβexon3,ENO1 exon 6.Using polymerase chain reaction - single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) to detect the presence of PCR mutations; and polymorphic fragments of PRL gene and ENO1 gene were cloned and sequenced to determine the position of mutation site mutation type and mutant bases; analysis the seed polymorphism and laying performance of Zigeese with egg laid to provide breeding geese selection based on molecular biology.According to PCR-SSCP and sequencing results:in The group,there is a mutation in PRL intro 2 as well as ENO1 exon 6.Gene sequencing results showed: in PRL gene intron 2 polymorphism was caused by the T / C mutation at 55bp, no Amino acid changes; in ENO1 gene ,exon 6 polymorphism was caused by the A/ G mutation at 525bp,this mutation make Lysine change into Aspartate.Using SAS9.0 software to analyze the relationship between the genetic polymorphism and the laying performance of Zigoose PRL gene and ENO1 gene ,the result showed there were no differences between the AA and AB genotype of PRL intro2 in the characteristic of age at first egg and egg production for 50 weeks; There were significantly different between the CC,CD and DD genotype of ENO1 exon 6 in the characteristic of age at first egg and egg production for 50 weeks. It can be concluded that ENO1 gene may have significant influence on laying performance of Zi geese.
