Design And Research On Stereo Sand-fixing Car's Transverse-paving System

This paper bases on the National Eleventh Five-Year Science and Technology Plan Project-"the key technology and equipment research and development of multi-functional forest cutting and tending operation" to research and development stereo sand-fixing equipment. As a key component of the stereo sand-fixing car, the transverse-paving system can realize the paving of transverse straw-sand barrier belts.Firstly, this paper summarized the current situation and the dangers of desertification, the relevant statistical data shows that the desertification is increasing serious, Meanwhile, it introduces the techniques and methods of desertification control at home and abroad. and also domestic experience in controlling desertification in recent years.An improve design and research of sand-fixing equipment has done in order to get better promotion and application. The structural design of the transverse-paving system has completed based on its working principle. The three-dimensional solid model of the transverse-paving system has been established through the Pro/E software. The virtual prototype of transverse-paving system has also been established by using the Mech/Pro interface module to import the solid model into ADAMS software. The paper also has completed the simulation analysis of this virtual prototype.The dynamical equation of transverse insert-knife's driving mechanism has been established by using of the multi-body system dynamics theory. The simulation analysis of transverse insert mechanism has completed with the help of ADAMS software. The paper also has researched the motion trail of insert-knife.Finally, the sand field operate experiment of transverse-paving system has done and gotten relevant measurement data, which can help to better the design and research later.
