In this study, natural secondary forest of Muling area in Heilongjiang Province as the research object can be divided into three forest types:coniferous and broad-leaved trees mixed forest, mixed coniferous forest, soft-leaved forest, respectively, the diameter structure and spatial structure analysis of the characteristics identified stand the goal structure, and its structural adjustment, and finally build the business model of natural secondary forest. The results show that:(1) The diameter grade and number distribution is expressed in a reverse letter "J". Soft-leaved forest is single-shaped park curve. Using the negative exponential equation to fit the diameter distribution, the correlation coefficient R of about 0.9, the effect is better.(2) From the mingling of view, stands in a very mixed state of strength or intensity of mixed, mixed high degree; DBH than the number from the point of view, stand growth in a moderate state. However, conifer dominant tree species in the state of oppression conifer, mixed conifer sub-opposite; stand showing the spatial distribution pattern of random distribution, uniform distribution, aggregate distribution.(3) By analyzing the characteristics of forest structure and the size of q values to identify the target of natural secondary forest stand structure, its proposed restructuring measures. Species composition, the optimal structure of coniferous stands ratio of 7:3.Diameter structure, to make the stand diameter distribution curves of anti-"J" shaped curve in the form, q values between 1.2 and 1.5 in size, to the diameter of the natural distribution of different aged stands. Spatial structure, the mingling index adjusted to maximize; size adjusted to moderate the state than the number of the highest proportion, accounting for the lowest proportion of inferior status; the average angle is between 0.475 and 0.517 scale adjustment between the random distribution.(4) Construction of structural adjustment measures based on the major forest types of natural secondary forest management model. Natural secondary forest management for the Muling provides a theoretical basis.
