As an important component part of forest ecosystem, forest fire is a prominent influence factor. According to the forest fire original statistical data, after reading a lot of relative paper at home and abroad, by establishing normative statistical data of forest fire, considering kinds of factors affecting to forest fire, using multi-integrate analytical index and combined with GIS technology, the law of forest fire on temporal and spatial in Yichun area of Heilongjiang is studied in this article and explored the law of forest fires in this region under the multi influence factors.The results of time evolution rule show that there were 1048 cases of forest fire occurred in Yichun region during 38a,28/a. The disaster area is 320 959.07hm2 in total, annual mean 8446.3hm2.38 years history of forest fire can be divided into two phase:high fire occurrence stage from 1970 to 1978 and steady fire occurrence stage from 1980 to 2010, the whole period shows a decreasing tendency. The year of heavy disaster of forest fire is 1976. The forest fire circle from 1970 to 2010 is 389a and the initial probability of forest fire is 0.0026. The forest fire circle was prolonged after the high fire occurrence with the initial probability of forest fire descent. The annual and anthropogenic fire number is correlative to fire area with the correlation coefficient 0.408 and 0.349 respectively, but the lightning stroke fire number is not correlative to area (0.095). Forest fire main Dates of higher fire frequency are May and April, fire area main focus in October, May, April and September with the total of 97.97%.The main types of forest fire are general forest fire and bigger forest fire in Yichun area from 1970 to 2010 covering 87.12% of the total. According to space distribution forest fires have been found in all of the 17 area and the forest fire which are along the rail line is one of forest fire-prone areas. Jiayin has no railroad and in the place of beside Heihe region forest fire been found more frequently. Most lightning stroke fires have been found in Tieli city when the number of other regions with less lightning stroke fire cases. The centroid displacement of fire-scene is not significantAccording to the analysis of the season length to the forest fire, it shows middle of march is the beginning of forest fire prevention period of Yichun area, and the forest fire ends at the beginning of November which indicates the latter part of the fire is inclined to go ahead. After 1990s the relate decrease shows in the forest fire days. The whole period shows a decreasing tendency, which is basically consistent with the number of forest fire and the tendency of annual area.Based on the data about forest fire from 1970 to 2010 of Yichun area in Heilongjiang Province, most of fires are caused by person. Most unknown forest fire reasons are man-cased forest fire risk because of the similar law inter-annual variation. The law of lightning stroke fire and recrudescence fire varied steady. Most forest fire caused by person is the reason of burn the grass on waste land in agriculture and smoke of the daily life and locomotive running fire of the productive life.
