The chemicals deicing salt,as we all know,is a kind of chemical products for clearing snow and ice,and the main components are chemical salts.However,the environment problems have been brought by then,which has been concerned by people and scholars around many kinds of fields.When it comes to ornamental plants,the endangerment can not be ignored.Herbaceous flowers are very known by horticulture workers,and Callistephus chinensis Nees is a common materials because of its strong resistance and high ornamental values. This experiment have chosen Callistephus chinensis Nees as experiment material,to test its growth and florescence performance under the chemicals deicing salt stress.Then,this paper has tried to evaluate the growth and physiology and biochemistry indicators so that some theoretical basis can be provided as possible for the urban landscaping works under the chemical deicing salt stress.The main conclusions are as follow:1)The aster seed germination has been suppressed under the deicing salt stress.However,it has been discovered,the low concentration stress has little advancement affect about its seed germination meanwhile the high concentration stress has evidently inhibition.The germination rates,uniformity inspection and seedling fresh weight has been suppressed. The seedling plant height and RWC are dropping and its index value are lower than normal comparison.What's more,the florescence period is shorten and the blooming time is advanced under the high concentration stress.As the result,the aster's ornamental value is low.2)The statistical conclusion of salt injury index tells us,that the salt injury index of aster is negatively correlated to the deicing salt stress concentration. So,we can infer that the aster' growth has the effect of salt injury under the chemicals deicing salt stress.3)Under the chemicals deicing salt stress,the chlorophyll contents drop than the comparison tested plants.Also,the contents of MDA and membrane permeability are rised roughly.The contents of soluble sugar and proline accumulate transparently.Those phenomena changes can prove that the growth of aster is under the adversity environment when the chemicals deicing salt stressing.The contents of proline shows that the proline is sensitive under the stress,hence,it should be used as a measure index when the aster is under the chemicals deicing salt stress.However,the contents of MDA and membrane permeability have no clear variation so that the work should be studied more in-depth. 4)Under the chemicals deicing salt stress,the activity of SOD is firstly fall and then rise,but the activity of POD is rise firstly and then fall.Reserving the whole growing season we can see the peak values of the activity of SOD and POD emerge at different times.It can be concluded that it is a important reaction mechanism for aster to relieve the hurt of the chemical deicing salts stress.In the florescence period,the contents of soluble sugar and proline and the activity of SOD and POD emerge peak values.As a result,it is in high level about nutrient consumption in the florescence period,however,the content of MDA has no clear variation in this period so that the reseach work about test method and those relationship in the florescence period should be discussion more.
