Starting in the 1970 s, China’s northern cities begin to use and promote with snowmelt agent snow removal. However,with the improvement of people environmental protection consciousness in recent years, began to find the traditional chlorate as snowmelt agent. Snow removal, due to overuse and improper handling, caused serious environmental problems. Currently widely promotion and use of new environment-friendly snowmelt agent and the correct use of snowmelt agent has become the focus of the government and relevant experts and scholars to discuss and hot spots. This article takes changchun city green belts widely planting trees and grass as the research object, using a new type of organic snowmelt agent, studies the application of different dosage of the snowmelt agent to the plant survival rate, plant height, stem diameter and the contents of chlorophyll, protein and polysaccharide in growth effects, as the new organic snowmelt agent provides the reference for the environmental safety of use.In this paper, the following conclusions:(1) With each basin of snowmelt agent applied in the increase of the amount of diluent, the survival rate of money yu showed a trend of gradually reduce, plant height increased and the rate of change of present, stem diameter, the change rule of the change trend of increased and the rate of change of present first, showed a trend of gradually reduce the content of chlorophyll, the content of protein in the cell, tend to reduce the content of polysaccharides in the cell. pecunia ulmo, therefore, most affordable every snowmelt agent applying diluent content of 6.4 g/kg.(2) The new type of snow melt agent in Kentucky bluegrass and purple fescue under the different treatments of planting grass has great difference of survival. On grass seed plants, plant height growth has a certain degree of role,When every snowmelt agent the amount of diluent is 3.2 g/kg, money yu plant height growth rate was the fastest.(3) With each basin snowmelt agent applied in the increase of the amount of diluent, Kentucky bluegrass and violet fescue grass seed survival rate, high strain rate, chlorophyll content, the content of protein in the cell, the content of polysaccharides in the cell tend to decrease gradually. Therefore, planting grass most affordable every snowmelt agent applying diluent content is 3.2 g/kg.(4) Compared with CK, the soil pH increased with the increase of the snowmelt agent. Different dosage of soil organic matter of snow melt agent were significantly lower than that ofCK, with the increase of organic snowmelt agent into the content and no obvious regularity. Different dosage of snowmelt agent on soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium have a certain impact. Different dosage of organic snowmelt agent applied into the lead to soil alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen and available phosphorus is lower than organic snowmelt agent, soil available potassium content is slightly higher than that of organic snowmelt agent.
