In this experiment, Liao Zhi 4# (Sesame in Liaoning) was used as the material, we adopted randomized block design with three times repeated. The ratio of the amount of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium(NPK)submitted:Process 1:N+P2O5+K2O(69 kg/hm2+18 kg/hm2+90 kg/h m2); Process 2:N+P2O5+K2O (138 kg/hm2+36 kg/hm2+180 kg/hm2); Process 3:N+P2O5+K2O (207 kg/hm2+54 kg/hm2+270 kg/hm2); Process 4:N+P2O5+K2O (0 kg/hm2+0 kg/hm2+0 kg/hm2) without fertilizer in contrast; pre-blossom, blossom, and witheredness of the development of sesame florescence were the processing period. With different ratio of the amount of NPK, we have noticed the influence from which the best yield assembly of NPK could be selected on the changes as well as yield of the growth of sesame and stem, also leaf NPK accumulation to support the theory basis for the high yield of the sesame.The results showed that:1. Proportioning amount of NPK can influence the sesame agronomic trait:to compare with the contrast, Process 1,Process 2 and Process 3 can obviously promote its stem length, leaf area, dry matter, however, less effect of promoting the number of blade. Among them the maximum role is Process 1. Process 2 apparently influenced other agronomic traits. The change of processing was:Process 2> Process 3> Process 1.2. Nitrogen content:with different amount of NPK fertilizing proportion increased, the sesame stem and leaf nitrogen content had an increased tendency; Yield with the increased use of nitrogen gradually increased, but to a certain, it will present a phenomenon of downward trend after fertilization.3. Phosphorus content:With the different amount of fertilizer NPK increased, it couldn't make the stem and leaves of sesame increase Phosphorus content. Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium ratio of the difference among each process was not significant. Yield with the increased use of nitrogen gradually increased, but to a certain, it will present a phenomenon of downward trend after fertilization.4. Potassium content:with different amount of NPK fertilizing proportion increased, it can make the stem and leaves of sesame potassium content increased, although fertilizer is high while potassium content of stalk is high as well, the difference of leaf potassium content was not significant. Yield with the increased use of nitrogen gradually increased, but to a certain, it will present a phenomenon of downward trend after fertilization.5. Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium Rate on Yield of Sesame factors:fertilization can increase the number of sesame capsules, each capsule grains, grain weight, but not the higher fertilizer production can produce a higher yield.
