In this study, it takes the method of life table construction and biochemical analysis to research the impaction on biological characteristics, resistance enzymes of the experimental populations of insecticide susceptible(S) and resistant(R) strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae under the different temperatures. The experiment uses the method of leaf immersion to test the Virulence of S and R strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae with 35% imidacloprid EC and 48% chlorpyrifos EC. The result shows that the relative resistant multiples between R strain and S strain is respectively 76.232 and 81.186.In the scope of 1530℃, the development period of susceptible(S) and resistant(R) strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae becomes short as the increase of temperature. At the same time, the 30℃is the highest temperature for both strains in their whole development process. At 15℃, 20℃or 25℃, the survival rate curve of both strains are closed to DeeveyⅠmodel, which stands for most individuals achieving the average level of physiological age. At 30℃, 32℃or 33℃, the survival rate of both strains is sharply reductive, which shows that these temperatures are not suitable for survival of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae. At the same temperature, the survival rate of S and R strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae is not significant difference, which shows that the resistant level is not obviously influence on the survival rate of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae. At 15℃, 20℃or 25℃, the innate capacity rate of increase (rm) and finite rate of increase (λ) on susceptible(S) and resistant(R) strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae grow as the increase of temperature. The average generation period (D) and the population doubling time (Td) decrease as the increase of temperature. The order of net reproduction rate(R0) is 20℃>25℃>15℃. The result shows that the increasing temperature is benefit for the speed of growth and reproductio. At the same temperature, the values of rm, R0,λof S strain are higher than those in R strain. While the values of D and Td is opposite. It shows that speed of growth and reproduction in S strain are faster than those in R strain. The activities of AChE, CarE, GSTs on susceptible(S) and resistant(R) strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae at high temperatures(30℃, 33℃, 36℃) are lower than those at 25℃. They also have a significant difference. The result shows that high temperature could inhibit the activities of AChE, CarE, GSTs of S and R strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae. To process the 1d, 2d, 3d and 4d under the the high temperatures of 30℃, 33℃and 36℃, the activities of AChE of S and R strains decline as the increase of temperature and time. The activities of CarE of S and R strains also decline as the increase of temperature, but their activities have a little recovery as the increase of time at 30℃. The activities of CarE of S and R strains declines as the increase of time at 33℃and 36℃. The activities of GSTs of S strain declines as the increase of temperature, but their activities have a little recovery as the increase of time. The activities of GSTs of R strain decline as the increase of temperature and time. These both kinds of temperature, 30℃and 33℃, make a different regularity on the impactoin of S and R strains. The activities of AchE, CarE, GSTs of S strain are more than R strain in a short term, but they will be less as the extension of time. The level of inhibition on the activities of AchE, CarE, GSTs is similar between S and R strains at this high temperature of 36℃.
