In order to discuss the physiological indexes variation of later aging leaf and root during different hybrid rice combinations, we dispose the aging leaf and root with CK, T and T+N, and research their physiological response, as providing basis for breeding rice which is resistant to premature decay and later fertilizer and water management. The physiological aging processes of later aging leaf and root during different hybrid rice combinations are different. Results showed that:The responses on T and T+N processing of leaf area index of different hybrid rice combinations are different, but mostly are sensitive to T and T+N. The Attenuation rhythms of Chlorophyll content, Rubisco activity and Pn between different combinations are obviously different, in the different sensitive degree on T and T+N between different hybrid rice combinations. The Pn of Tian you 998, Long pin 601 and shan you 63 are sensitive to T and T+N, but the rest are not sensitive; Excepting Long ping 601, the activity of Rubisco is sensitive to both T and T+N, the rest combinations are only sensitive to T+N.Dynamic changes of the activity of POD, CAT, SOD and ASA-POD as well as the content of MDA are different, and the responses of different combinations on T and T+N are different too, in the responses time and sensitive degree are different. The activity of POD and the content of MDA in the leaf and root of Zhong you 838 are sensitive to T, but the rest of the selected combinations have different sensitive degree; the sensitive degree of antioxidants protective enzyme in leaf and root on T and T+N between different combinations is different too.The differences of C, N metabolism and root vigor are performed in the starting time and the amplitude of attenuation and the sensitive degree on T and T+N. The full content of N in efficient leaves of Long ping 601, Shan you 63 and C Liang you 396 is slightly sensitive to T, and all the combinations are sensitive to T+N. Excepting C Liang you 396, the activity of GDH of the rest combinations are all sensitive to T, and all the combinations are sensitive to T+N. The decline of injury flow of Zhong you 838, Tian you 998 and C Liang you 396 in root is big, and is sensitive to T. The sensitivity of GDH of different combinations on T and T+N is different, for example, Liang you 6326 and C Liang you 396 are sensitive to T+N, but, excepting C Liang you, the others are all sensitive to T. The variation trend of Ar between different combinations is not obviously different, but mostly is sensitive to T+N, not sensitive to T. The soluble sugar content in most combination blades is sensitive to T, and T+N could decrease the soluble sugar content.Hormone levels between different combinations are without obviously different. But they are clearly different between different disposes. The content of ZR increased when dealing with T, and it is relatively close when dealing with CK or T+N. The content of ABA in the root injury flow is higher when dealing with T than dealing with T+N; the content of ZR is opposite. The related degree of hormone levels in leaf and root between different combinations is different. It showed that the contents of ABA in the selected combinations, excepting Long ping 601, were significantly and negatively correlated. The contents of ZR in Shan you63 were significantly and negatively correlated. The rest were all negatively correlated, but not significantly.
