| Grape (Vitis vinifera L.) is one of the most important fruits in China. Grape canker caused by Botryosphaeriaceae is one of the most important diseases in China these years. Systematic researches had been made on evaluation of resistance resources and screened out the excellent resistant cultivars. It is a fundamental job to evaluate the resistance of cultivar resources of Botryosphaeriaceae, it make sense for selecting the Botryosphaeriaceae resistant cultivars with hybridization breeding and enlarging the genetic background, which will make great progress in the spreading of excellent resistant grapevine cultivars in China.The main results are followed:1. A total of 307 isolates were collected from the main grape producing areas in 16 provinces of China (Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Gansu, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Liaoning and Jilin), The Morphological characterization and DNA (ITS,EF andβ-tubulin) region sequence showed that the isolates were Botryosphaeria dothidea (Moug.:Fr.) Ces.& Not.2. Inoculating with mycelium in green shoots of grape and maintaining for 10 days at room temperature is an accurate, rapid and simple method which can identifiy the resistance of grape to Botryosphaeriaceae.3. The results of evaluation of 25 grapevine cultivars' resistance caused by B. dothidea showed that:Five Highly resistant (HR) cultivars were got, which are Manicure Finger, Merlot, Chardonnay, Fujiminori and Fenghou; Eight Resisant (R) cultivars were got, which are Kyoho, Beda, Muscat Hamburg, Ruby seedless, XiangFei, Red Globe, Vitis amurensis and longan; Eight Susceptible (S) cultivars were got, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Muscat Kyoho, Summer Black, Centennial Seedless,5bb and Flame Seedless; Four Highly susceptible (HS) cultivars were got, Victoria, Cow's Teat, Yatomi Rosa and Moldova included.
