Determination Of Major Components,Research Of The Toxicology And Immunologyon On Junduqing

With the development of national economy and the improvement of the people living standards,animal husbandry has got considerable development, but in recent years,some bacterial and viral diseases and people and livestock holding same disease, bring serious threat to the aquaculture and public healthy security. Chinese herbal medicine come from nature,little poisonous side effect,little drugs residue, pathogenic microorganisms can't be easy to cause drugs tolerance ect. Chinese herbal medicine can be real protecting- environment drug.Junduqing is made of Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis,Radix Glycyrrhiza ect.It is pure oral liquid of Chinese herbal medicine which aim to viral and bacterial diseases and had a better therapeutic effect in clinic.The thesis research three aspects: determination of major components on Junduqing,Junduqing's toxicology,Junduqing's immune regulation to body.The results show:Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis,Radix Glycyrrhiza are identified in junduqing by TLC,Quantitative detection of Berberine and Baicalin are established by RP-HPLC.The results show:Berberine hydrochloride's content is 62.76μg/ml, baicalin's content is 561μg/ml,reach the national standard.Using the method of oral administration,make oral acute toxicity test of rats and mice and subacute toxicity in rats. In acute toxicity test of rats and mice,oral administration is 20g/kg·BW,can't find death, maximum tolerance exceeds 20g/kg·BW, according to"Compendium of veterinary drugs test specification-General toxicity testing of new technical requirements for veterinary drugs",the resultw show: Junduqing is non-toxic drug.In the Subacute toxicity test, physical checks on the blood of rats,and blood biochemistry,organ index determination and histological examination found no obvious lesions and abnormal, except spleen and kidney.Using water delivery to test the influence on immune regulations ,include about impacting on immune cells,immune organs,immune factors. In the experiment of effecting on immune cells , comparing with control group, Addition of 1%,1.5% of water can significantly promote the T lymphocytes'multiplication , B lymphocytes'multiplication, monocyte-macrophage phagocytosis ,the results show:Junduqing can promote the immune cells'multiplication. In the experiment of effecting on immune organs, comparing with control group, Addition of 1.5% of water can significantly increase the weight of spleen, Junduqing can promote immune organs. In the experiment of effecting on immune factors, comparing with control group, addition of 1.5% of water can increase the contect of IFN-γ, addition of 1%,1.5% of water can decrease the contect of IL-2, addition of 0.5% of water can increase the contect of TNF-a.the result shows:Junduqing can influence on immune factors.In short,Junduqing is safe ,no-toxic,new oral liquid of Chinese herbal medicine ,can impact on immune regulation to prevent from disease and treat of disease. .
