In this paper, adopted"3414"experimental design, used Qingshu-10 as materials, recorded potato biological characteristics and botanical features during growing period, analyzed the chlorophyll content after flowering, gathered potato and tested calculate yield of each plot. within one month after harvest, tuber starch, protein, sugar, vitamin C content were determined. The results show that:1 Potato plant height with different fertilization has significant differences. while, stem diameter, stem number, number of branches with different fertilization no significant differences.2 Determination of chlorophyll content of potato leaves at the beginning of flowering, flowering, and finally flowering with the different ratio of fertilizer significantly different. The differences in chlorophyll content with the growth period progressed, showed the first larger and then smaller trends. As the the play of fertilizer, the difference between the chlorophyll content area became smaller. There was no significant difference of chlorophyll content of each plot during maturity.3 Production within a certain range as the N, P, K was positively related to the increase, in the experimental condition, the factor of the order of potato yield K>N>P, K on the yield had the greatest impact, followed by N and P. And insufficient and excessive fertilizer will result in potato yields.4 The number of phosphate greater impact on reducing sugar content, followed by potash, nitrogen; potassium greatest impact on the Vc content, followed by phosphate and nitrogen and phosphorus deficiency and excess will lead to a decline in Vc content; phosphorus content of potato starch largest, followed by potash and nitrogen; potassium had the greatest impact on the protein content, followed by nitrogen and phosphorus. 5 After the statistical analysis software, in theory, potato nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization program is the largest: N 220.2-266.25 kg/hm~2, P 125.55-137.55 kg/hm~2, K 77.55-83.7 kg/hm~2.
