To investigate the potato high yield and high quality cultivation technology and its physiological basis in the winter in the south, the potato variety Favorita it for testing materials to study the cultivation system and Fertilization on winter for potato growth and development, yield and quality and soil fertility effects. The results are as follows:1, The effects of different fertilization levels on potato plant growth, yield and quality were studied, the results showed that different treatments of potato planting potato after soil fertility increased, but decreased soil PH, fertilization quantity increasing, soil PH decreased; potato plant height, leaf area index, dry matter increased with fertilizer the amount, number of main stem was decreased after increasing trend; Fertilization on leaf SPAD value has a great influence on FO potato leaf SPAD but no nitrogen fertilizer was significantly reduced; the size of the content of each part of plant NPK were K> N>P, only the content of N increased with increasing fertilization level increased, content of tubers N P and K were lower than that of leaves and stems, but the distribution of tuber harvest stage NPK in tubers, accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus as fertilizer level increased. Yield increased with fertilization level assumes the trend of escalation, yield the highest is F2,1777.61 kg/667 m2; tuber dry matter content and starch content of the highest is FO processing, starch content increased with nitrogen application rate showed a downward trend, nitrogen reduced the content of tubers potassium, increase the zinc content; nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the content of vitamin C in potato tubers and compound fertilizer mix of vitamin C in tubers of organic fertilizer effect increased significantly.2, The effects of cultivation patterns on potato plant growth, yield and quality were studied, the results showed, the results showed that:different planting patterns of potato planting, the soil pH decreased, improve soil fertility; number of main stem, plant height and SPAD value, leaf area index, and yield was the largest in SH mode; the amount of each mode of each part of the plant NPK followed by P, only the N content with fertilization level increased and increased, the content of N, P and K in potato tuber were lower than leaf and stem, but tuber harvest NPK distribution to tubers, and the size of plant nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium accumulation followed by SH>HH>FP. SH potato tuber yield was highest for 1864.42kg/667 m2, followed by HH, respectively, compared with FP 31.85% and 25.71% respectively. NO tuber dry matter content and starch content highest sh dry matter content and starch content of minimum; NO potassium content highest sh zinc content is the highest, vc basically with fertilization level increased, zinc content decreased with the increasing of nitrogen level increased.3, The effects of the topdressing nitrogen and potassium fertilizer on potato plant growth, yield and quality were studied, the results showed that topdressing nitrogen increased 3kg/acres affected plant height of potato plants; nitrogen and potassium fertilizers on potato plant stem diameter, stem number and SPAD value did not affect the smaller; 3 treatments have enhanced effect on potato tuber the yield, which applied nitrogen fertilizer treatment yield the highest,2512.47 kg//667 m2, topdressing nitrogen and potassium fertilizer alone could increase potato tuber yield; nitrogen and potassium of Different Topdressing had no significant effect on potato starch content and dry matter content; zinc content in potato tubers alone after increasing N fertilizer treatment, and alone the application of potassium fertilizer treatment inhibited the absorption of zinc and iron in potato plants; topdressing nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased the content of vitamin C.4. The spraying se fertilizer on potato growth, yield and quality, results showed that: spraying se fertilizer on potato plant height, stem diameter, number of main stem, leaf area index, less influence to the yield; topdressing sodium selenate increased the yield, but potato starch and dry matter content decreased significantly, spraying se fertilizer significantly increased the selenium content in potato tubers, are up to the requirements of countries rich selenium vegetables and their products, which spraying sodium selenite treatment was the highest and reached 0.0915mg/kg fresh weight; spraying se fertilizer could increase potato tubers vitamin C content.
