High grain yield,high protein concentration and high nitrogen utilization efficiency are the important research task of selecting new wheat variety, this involves the facors of physiology, biochemistry and heredity and so on.Nitrate Reductase is the key induced enzyme in plant. which affects the total nitrogen and protein content of crop,have a colsed relation with fertilizer tolerance,and takes important part of gene expression, busic research of molecular protein,pathway and regulation of nitrate metabolism in plants.Glutamine synthetase is the key enzyme in the assimilation of ammonium in higher plants.on the other side, Glutamine synthetase also is the good mode of studying on gene single expression character,space-time expression and regulation of gene expression,because not only has its expression organic single character,but also are influenced by environment (light,nitrogen and carbon dioxid) and developmental fanctors. Nitrate Reductase and Glutamine synthetase are the complicated quantitative trait, and have a closed correlation with the high grain yield,high protein concentration and high nitrogen utilization effiency of wheat,consequently, the research of Nitrate Reductase and Glutamine synthetase will offer valuable reference to select the high grain yield ,high protein concentration and high nitrogen utilization effiency of new wheat variety.Doubled Haploids with 133 lines derived from a cross between zhengzhou8761 and chuanyu35050 were used to detecte the variational rule and gene interaction of Nitrate Reductase and Glutamine synthetase activity in different developmental stages and in different environments.QTLs conferring Nitrate Reductase and Glutamine synthetase activity and net increase between two successive stages were analyzed in different developmental stages and in different environments.The results indicate :â‘ the genetic mechanism of parents exist difference.The tolerance to water and fertilizer deficiency of parents exists extremely difference.The difference is extremely among Doubled Haploids population .â‘¡Regardless of the water- fertilizer normal or deficiency, Glutamine Synthesis activity of wheat leaf displays a normal distribution in DH population in three developmental stages, coexists in obvious separation phenomenon over parents, presents quantitative trait characteristic by the multi- genes control.â‘¢ Between tassel stage and anthesis Nitrate Reductase activity behave remarkable minus correlation ,this show that Nitrate Reductase activity shouldn't excessively...
