| Adopting pot trail under the two conditions of high Potassium and low Potassium level, we studied on the variance in tolerance to low-K stress among 134 wheats cultivars and the index to screen tolertant wheats cultivar to low-K stress. The results were as follows:1. At the seedling stage, the difference of biomasses and relative biomasses among different varieties under two treatments were all remarkable. Supposing that, according to the relative bio-mass yield, the max and min ten-percent varieties were respectively the tolerant to low-K and intolerant to low-K, the varieties of the tolerant to low-K and intolerant to low-K were respectively No.92, No.120 and No.29, No.133;2. Whether under low-K or high-K condition, the difference of tiller number among all tested varieties of seedling stage was remarkable, but the difference of relative tiller number was not remarkable. Meanwhile, the index was not remarkably related to the relative bio-mass yield. So, the relative tiller number index could not be used as the index to filtering the varieties of tolerance to low Potassium.3. At seedling stage, the difference of Potassium accumulated quantity among tested varieties were remarkable under two treatments; and the difference of relative Potassium accumulated quantity were remarkable too. The correlativity analyse results showed that the relative bio-mass was remarkably correlated with the relative Potassium accumulated quantity, that's to say the relative Potassium accumulated quantity in the plant could affect the plant's tolerance effect to low-K at some degree. Under the two treatments, the difference of seedling stage utilizing efficiency were all not remarkably, but the relative utilizing efficiency were remarkably. The correlativity analyse results... |
